The Kevin Smith group is super. I had visited their website hoping to get an idea of cost for a trip to the Philadelphia airport and was disappointed to have to fill out a form. It was quick and easy enough, but I'm just impatient. Well that opened the door to some very personalized service. Every detail of my trip was confirmed. Cost and billing with amounts and timing detailed since we also booked the return trip. For each leg of the trip. I got a 24 hour advance reminder with details of time and location. A text upon arrival at our home 15 minutes early erased any uneasiness about being late. Both drivers were so professional. I forgot the name of the first one, but George picked us up and was a gem. As soon as the plane landed I got a text that George from Kevin Smith was there to take us home. Followed by a picture of him holding a sign with my name. And just like that he was there as we arrived at the luggage carousel. Luggage was quickly retrieved and he led us to the lovely new Lincoln. One of the most comfortable cars with the smoothest ride. I have been using Kevin Smith Transportation for getting myself and others to a tennis event and they are always solid. First, they are generally always early or on time. Also, the wide variety of drivers they have are great. They always help you with bags and put them in the trunk for you. Safety is also their first priority as they always take their time and careful of others on the road. Also, they have many different vehicles depending on how many people you have including town cars, mini buses, town buses, party buses, vans and limos. The only types of vehicles I have used with them are their mini buses and vans, which are nice. The only problem I had was that the air conditioning was not great. Altogether, the vehicles and staff at Kevin Smith Transportation are great and are among the best in the business. read more

So disappointed. Ordered this bus of a bach party . The bride came down with the flu and I called 23 hrs vs 24 hrs in advance to cancel and they kept my deposit. I even asked to keep the bus but change the day and they would not let me do that either . Looked forward to working with them on future events but now I need to look other places. read more

We used Kevin Smith Transportation Group for our trip to the Cape Liberty cruise port in Bayonne, NJ for traveling up and upon our return home. They were beyond excellent and we will use their services in the future. Everything was perfectly detailed from the planning of the two trips, our pickup times and return time. I had a great experience with this limo company. My wife and I used them for our wedding and they were courteous throughout the transaction. David (our limo driver) showed up on time and he was great to us! It's nice to not have to worry about the details on our wedding day, and these guys made it easy! The shuttle was well-maintained, clean, comfortable, and the perfect size. It was easy to set-up the booking and follow-up with the office about concerns whenever we had questions. We were nervous about the timing and number of trips needed between our venue and hotel. KSTG knew exactly what to do and took care of everything. This company did a great job for my daughter's recent wedding. We had a stretch limo to take the ladies to the venue and 2 passenger vans that held 28 people each that made runs from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. We also had a Town Car to bring the bride and groom to the hotel after the reception. The drivers all arrived on time, were polite and friendly, and drove safely. The vehicles were immaculate. The stretch limo came with chilled bottles of water that were very welcome on that hot afternoon. We got text messages letting us know the name of each driver, and the drivers texted us when they arrived and were ready for passengers. The staff were so helpful in planning how many vehicles we would need and how many would go at what times to maximize our minimum time requirement. All around, this was a great company and a great experience for everyone at the wedding. Highly recommend! read more

Super friendly and easy to work with! The fees were extremely reasonable. All of the drivers were on-time every time and very friendly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used them for our daughter's wedding on 8.3.18 . 28 people on the bus ALL reported that the driver was speeding and a ride that should have taken 15 minutes, took 45 min. They were literally worried for their life and were ill. Driver said his GPS stopped working and was lost. They drove down the same backroads multiple times in different directions. Ceremony had to be held. Operations Manager said WE were wrong their GPS NEVER fails, no customer service whatsoever & tried to explain what would be the motivation for our guests to take the time to tell us this at an event that was besides this, 100% perfect. And on the return trip, they had an additional person helping driver find his way back. Again, Operations Manager denied this. Really??!! Had I known at the wedding, I would NEVER had allowed a single guest to get back on that bus with that dangerous driver, who by the way, did not even look or say hello to any of the guests, again mentioned by other guests and promised on their website to provide "friendly and professional drivers". How you judge the professionalism of a company is how they handle problems. Operations manager's first words were "We were wrong". No need to put your guests' lives in jeopardy, there are plenty of other transportation options in the area and this was not a discounted company or trip as it cost for 4 hours $1050. UPDATE - I have yet to see the report and again want to emphasize that all the people on that shuttle have said the exact same thing. The driver stated the GPS was not working. Also, why was an individual placed on the return shuttle at the end of the night to help with directions if there was not a problem??!!! read more

Have used their service from Philadelphia to Newark airport several times. Service itself was fine. But beware of the cancellation policy. Even if you cancel weeks before your reserved ride they charge you 50% of the entire cost of the ride including tolls and gratuity. If within 24 hours of the ride they charge you the whole amount. read more

Don't bother unless you are a large corporation. I used KSG for almost two years and had about three round trips per month. But all of the sudden they landed a few large corporate groups and they couldn't help me anymore. Drivers are great, but they outgrew themselves. I read all the great reviews and was so excited they were able to accommodate my needs. My son was getting married and I needed transportation for about 70 people between Normandy Farms Hotel and Conference Center and our hotel about 15-20 minutes away, for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. The first shuttle to the rehearsal and dinner was about 40 minutes late. Evidently there was a misunderstanding about start times. I understand things happen, and would have been fine if that had been our only issue. We had the groom so it wasn't as if they could have started without us! My biggest concern was that the second bus wasn't even delivered to the correct venue. They were dropped off at a retirement home! A security guard with the retirement home told the driver he wasn't at the correct destination and the driver left them anyway!! LEFT THEM. Fortunately our venue had a bus, and they went and got our guests. The buses and shuttles were very nice, and comfortable, and clean. read more
