I needed some single sheet items printed in a hurry. Not having a personal printer, I decided to…read morecheck out the print services at Office Depot. Wow! Easy, efficient, and inexpensive. Simply walked in, touched the self-serve machine touchscreen to get started. Entered the appropriate information after emailing the documents to the Office Depot location. Voilà! Clean, neat, clear, crisp copies in a flash. We will definitely be returning to print other rush jobs in the future.

Talk about being hella proactive. All three sales people greeted me instantly as I walked thru the door and that's refreshing. On top of having ALL the colors I needed for my printer they give a 10% military discount with valid ID. :) A++ and their prices were slightly cheaper than the Exchange on base. She was rushed away after placing her order so a Caucasian lady could be assisted. But it got worse, MUCH WORSE! Several days went buy with no call from the store, so she called them a few times only to get a run around. Finally, after 5 days, she called again and spoke with Kathy who says "Oh you need to come in to proof them". Five days! And no one bothered to call her! So I went with her to the store. We spoke to Kathy who was no help so we asked for the manager. The manager, Brendon, approached actually screaming at my girlfriend! When she mentioned she felt discriminated on the first day when she was rushed in favor of the Caucasian lady, Brendon said "Stop, Stop, if you are going to claim that, I am going to throw you out of my store!". Basically verbally assaulting her! He then covered for Kathy. When we said we were leaving and taking our business elsewhere, we demanded back the original business card. Brendon, said "What card?", proving that he was not even paying attention to the complaint since we had just explained it seconds prior. I was a stockholder and immediately dumped my shares. I will NEVER use Office Depot again. Utterly WORTHLESS management and customer service.
