Yikes, it's been years since my last review! That may give you some idea of the time I've been doing business with this location. If I could only give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it! This store is all about providing excellent customer service! Whether you pay more or less for it, you can buy ink just about anywhere. However, here from the moment you open the door the owner and staff will assist you. They will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs... Be it the right cartridge for the type of printing you do to possibly needing a new printer, they will take the time to listen and advise. There is never any push to sell you what you don't need. They will not oversell . I find that with smaller businesses - those who are smart know full well that as much as its great to make the sale of a big ticket item, it's much smarter to advise ONLY what the customer actually needs. This creates trust! Repeat business! And referrals! which a vital to their existence. We need more stores who operate similar to this one..... I was in a tough spot and time crunch with my two printers. The staff at Cartridge World in Salem, NH were all great. They were able to give me help in picking them up quickly and trying to correct the issues asap. They provided me with very good customer service and a quick turnaround while keeping me posted often. I usually frequent the Cartridge World in Plaistow but recently came here for two reasons. First was definitely the Yelp deal. Every little bit helps. Secondly I was a little upset at the other store so was reluctant to go back there. The counter guy was very nice, he even gave me the price as marked even though the item had gone up. These guys are great. Super customer service, friendly and patient. They will always take the time to explain any of my questions. On numerous occasions they have come right out to my office to help me with my printer issues!! When is the last time Staples did that?? They really have gone above and beyond any of my expectations for a small business. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Why wouldn't I? They save me money and what they do is good for the environment. I truly can't say enough good things about this company. Not as cheap as I can get online, but this is the cheapest I can find when I'm in a bind and don't want to wait on shipping. With a coupon they aren't too bad in price. The quality of the ink and cartridge is top-notch and you don't need your old/used cartridge. read more

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a frequent buyers card, that when after you have purchased ten the next cartridge is free.
