We were having an issue with the floor drain overflowing in the laundry room (partly because of roots in the main line and partly because of muck in the clean out drain behind the washer). Who knew there was a clean out drain behind the washer? Will came out and was able to clear the problems and was very patient when I would ask questions. He gave me answers that I understood and suggestions to help alleviate the problems with the laundry drain collecting lint. Everyone I spoke with was great but, Will - as the face of Best Value - was absolutely incredible.
