I've sent over via VENMO to @JayKazz with Kazz Handyman Services $1575 on 7/30/2025 at 2:35 pm for agreed work, but the work was never performed. Contractor is ignoring my request to return the funds. Clear breach of agreement and using VENMO for fraud. I know have to go through the process of writing to Venmo, Yelp, filing police reports, complaint to the state contractor board, BBB and small claims court just for $1575. I am doing this to make sure no one else has to experience this fraudulent act by Jared Kacsandi at Kazz Handyman Services.

We had him do some work at our house to update the basement and first floor. His crew was by far the best crew we have had out to work on the house. Don told us they would be here for three weeks to do the work. I expected a couple hours a day, but his crew was here 8-4 every weekday. It took four weeks, but that's only because we had to isolate for a week for COVID exposure. Everyday at 3, the crew would stop working, and to my surprise, clean everything. Having your home under construction for any period of time is rough, especially with kids, but Don's crew made sure that when they finished for the day, the areas were clean and livable. His prices are reasonable. He actually made a mistake, and gave us an estimate that was too low for the work, but when we signed the contract, he let us know he would stick to his estimate has best he could. And, in the end, he honored his estimate, even though it was lower than the cost of work. Don is not in the business of charging you for subpar work. His newest crew member made a mistake with some work, and Don, being the perfectionist he is, insisted that they ripe the work out and redo it at his cost.
