I do not recommend working with this company as communication is insufficient and inconsistent and they do not follow through on their promises.

Who knows!) Oh, and it had to be wedged in between existing trees. Oh, and on a hillside. Oh, and would you mind building it in the winter? That would be super. Was not pleased, at all with the installation of the bump out. It was cheap and ugly. I asked John to fix it and he told me this is standard and would not fix his shoddy work without a change order and more money. Also, this is into day six of the 2 1/2 day job. I'm out 3 days of pay, so l can be here for the project. The unfortunate thing is that the people that work for John are good people that try to do the right thing. From the planning with Denise to the counter install to the new flooring, we had exceptional workmanship and service. The guys took on a huge job with removal of our tile flooring and replacing with LVT and it turned out so nice.
