They responded within the hour, which I thought was great! We booked a date and time. I'm really into my nails and was so excited for this appointment . I already had the color and design in mind and be ready for Valentines. The day of the appointment with Apt 624 Nail Bar, she sends me a text at 1:36 pm and my appointment was at 2:15pm, to move the appointment to 3pm. I text her back at 1:37 pm confirming the new time. I asked for a text back to confirm. At 2:45 pm I had not heard from her and was so upset that she had no regard to me as a new client and my time. I text her with disappointment and how I couldn't believe I was treated this way. I get a response back at 3:08 , saying that she just read my message and had two clients late to their appointments. How is that my fault?? That's not something as a customer that I have to deal with. No apology or reschedule or anything! She left it at that. So let down by this nail salon.
