I show tech what I want and even a video. WELL, manicure was great but paint job was an epic fail! I leave a subpar review on yelp and Kevin reaches out to me. Come see Jenny she'll fix the problem. Now I'm gun shy but make an appointment and show up. We look at some color samples I show her my backpack and we agree on the finished look. Whole process took 45 mins and needless to say I LOVE MY NAILS NOW! They are awesome...I'm obsessed with the beetle color like my bag. There's pink there's blue there's a cat eye effect! I don't usually wait that long but I got busy in between sets. This visit my nails were exactly what I asked for. I showed her a picture of my inspo and she grabbed the exact colors. I'm no expert, but I think that's why the nails last and look good AF for weeks. Be prepared to be pampered during your time there. They have tea, water and snacks because the process takes some time, but I look forward to my "me" time here. I've even had a delicious lavender latte! The ladies are nice and funny, and the atmosphere is so inviting. There are three tvs, chargers for your phone - I've even seen people bring their laptops to work. I'm a plain Jane when it comes to nails but I've seen them execute stunning designs. I almost don't want to share this place because I don't want ya'll taking my appointment times but I can't, not share. They do more than nails too! I added the callus removal and it was worth every penny. They use this clever block that sits on top of the water bowl and under your heel during the callus removal. It looks like a yoga block and it's brilliant. It keeps you comfortable and gives the technician a perfect angle to work. Small detail, big difference. The chairs are really nice too. Great massage features, super comfortable, and the whole place looks clean and smells good. No harsh chemical smell, which I really appreciate. All of that, plus a little foot massage at the end, came out to $40. I really enjoyed my time here and left feeling refreshed. Kim did a great job and I'd definitely come back.
