She also took too much hair off I went back in to show her where she messed up and she denied messing up, she also looked me up and realized I was an influencer (did not tell her this btw) and started accusing me of wanting free things (never asked for free service btw) and accusing me of trying to ruin a small business (never made a video calling her out or saying anything about her business and I don't plan on it because I think that's tacky, I just leave a yelp review and go on about my day. I've never weaponized my platform to drag a business no matter how rude they are) in short, she's rude and lacks good customer service. She also threatened to make a video about me and take me to court, almost forgot to add that Ps-another review is stating I was bullying the owner, I was not. In fact she was raising her voice at me and wouldn't even let me speak, I am grateful I recorded the entire interaction to support this statement I just believe it would be messy to attach it to the review especially given I didn't get consent to record, I did it to protect myself. Alexandra DeCleene quite literally walked in as I was leaving so she was clearly instructed to lie on me which is unfortunate. I can easily sue you for defamation and blatantly lying on me. The amount of people Tooba has asked to leave reviews disputing mine goes to show she feels guilt for how she went about my service. If her clients really loved her work they would have been made their own personal reviews stating so but instead they'd rather lie about me and bash me as if I didn't get video of the interaction, it's sad. I am not the only review that has stated she's rude and overpriced but because I have a social media platform I'm being completely villainized which is crazy. I could easily get people to leave reviews but then I'd be as bad of a person as she's being. Good luck with your business. I'm updating my review one more time in response to the owners response, in short you're a liar. I have video proof, be happy I'm moving on from this. Thank you. Also learn how to read please, I didn't expect any special treatment in fact I didn't even tell you my job YOU decided to look me up???? I never saw another person in the salon, that's not to say they definitely weren't there but had I known the salon was normally closed on Sundays I would have scheduled another day. The appointment was available on her scheduler like any normal appointment. Conversation also seemed in my opinion inappropriate and unprofessional. During my first few brow sessions with Ronnie my brows turned out great. I prefer fuller brows which was what I got the first few times. She normally leaves the center of the brow full and I've discussed how that's important to me. This time she waxed all the way to the center of the brow. To me it seems like she took off more than she has before. She's also filled them in at each of my previous appointments, but she didn't this time. I drive pretty far for this appointment and pay more than double what my previous brow artist charged for peace of mind that my brows would turn out well. Because Ronnie specializes in thicker brows I expected to have consistency with how my brows were waxed. Unfortunately, that's not what I got so I'll be looking for a new brow artist.
