We had a very minor issue with the hot water and he fixed it within the hour. He also trimmed up the tree where we were parking. I thought it was fine but he insisted. He did a great job with us. Our only issue is with my bed, it's extra firm. To the point my hips hurt in the night. The location is great. We love the pool and the games in the community room. TV is also nice outside. We recommend Arrecife, Oscar alone makes it worth the stay!

I had missed out on any "specials" for rooms and was worried about not getting the best bang for my buck. So, I scoured the internet and facebook in hopes that I could find some help...which is what led me to Alex's Facebook page for his business (https://www.facebook.com/CABOSTAYS/). Let me tell you, Alex came through! For the price that we would have paid for a one bedroom jr. suite, we ended up getting a two bedroom/two story penthouse that was right in front of the ocean at Pueblo Bonito - Blanco. It was amazing! My sister and I couldn't believe our luck. Additionally, Alex set up private transportation for us to and from the airport with the most courteous and friendly driver. Cabo was a dream and I feel so lucky to have experienced it with the amenities that were provided to us. I won't be coming to Cabo without Alex booking our next trip! Highly recommend you call him before even thinking about making a reservation anywhere else.

BUT......Esperanza is on a different level and if you have the means....by all means I HIGHLY recommend staying here. The ocean view suites are stunning with amazing views. The beach is great to swim. The pools are great. The restaurants offer varied options....although we only ate at one and it reminded me of a Luau. Gold courses close by. Pickleball and Tennis courts. The views of the beach are what hit you first and hardest. We arrived around sunset too so it was prime time. Here are the highlights: +Views. Covered that above. Had to say it again tho. +Beach is accessible-ish. You have to walk down a trail and climb down a couple rocks here and there, but the beach goes for days and is mostly empty. Just remember it's a no swimming beach! +Speaking of swimming: the infinity pool takes full advantage of those views. Nice little pool and lounge area around pool for relaxing, catching rays, reading a book, etc. +Can't forget the rooms. Again, that view. Patio has a couple chairs for taking it all in (Tecate in hand, of course). But the rooms are so dope. Super cool and clean and comfy. The shower is amazing. There's a fridge in the room, so keep that stocked! +Every member of the staff we came across or communicated with was friendly, full of smiles, and ready to help. Only potential con for someone reading this is that there is no restaurant on-site. We were cool with that because the town is close and the local spots there are amazing! A pro move was swinging by one of the markets and stocking up on snacks and drinks to bring back to the room. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book another room if we return to TS :)

I explained to the bartender and the manager how I hadn't been given the pricing when ordering the drink and how it's insane to charge what an entire bottle costs for 2 ounces.
