After being in Positano for a week I was excited to have my last Italian Caprese salad. This was very disappointing. The tomatoes had very little flavor and were far from being ripe. The house wine was not worth the price. The ragu gnocchi was tasty with a delightful Smokey flavor but was not as light as gnocchi I had in other places. The bread was tough and stale. Service was very good! I'm disappointed for my last night in Italy but even so, we had a good time. I do think their ragu is excellent.

While I liked the char on the bread, the bruschetta lacked olive oil and garlic. My wife had the ragu over manfredi, I had the genovese over ziti. Neither of our dishes were all that notable. Tandem has 7 locations in Naples and it seems they stay packed. The front desk people highly recommended it to us, and it felt like all the other people were also there on hotel recommendations. If your front desk people recommended Tandem to you, I recommend you take their suggestions with more than a few grains of salt.
