It's my one treat to myself that I really look forward to. I had a really stressful week and was so excited to go tanning,I got there and went in at about 4:20. This is the 3rd time I've gone now that I haven't recognized anyone. No big deal.. However the 1st time I had my daughter with me who is 11 and they asked me when I went back if I wanted her to stay out there with them and I thought that was strange because I didn't know any of them and I wouldn't leave my daughter in a store front with people I don't know and try to relax for 15 mins? It kind of bothered me but I didn't think much of it after that just that they were being nice and I was being weird.. So I went in after my long week and this being my 3rd time with all new people . I got my room and went back. I put my headphones and laid down. It felt so good and warm. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs very bad so the warmth of the tanning beds helps a lot with pain.. The next thing I remember is waking up abruptly and then the door opened and there was a Union township COP and like 4 ladies from the front all standing there staring at me in my bikini top and thong. I have gone here for 4 years and have never had one problem and I have NEVER fallen asleep in a tanning bed. That alone would have me embarrassed and now all of this. The cop proceeded to question me and asked me if I was on drugs he tried to watch me get dressed I asked him if I could have privacy he banged on the door three more times while it was open.. My boyfriend was outside he came in during all of this. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I have never done drugs. I have had health problems and had a kidney transplant so if anything I would be dead OR need medical attention before I would need a cop there.!!!!! THE COP SAID HE SEES THIS KIND OF THING ALL THE TIME SO AM I ON DRUGS. AND WE ARE LIKE WHAT SOMEONE FALLING ASLEEP LAYING DOWN IN A WARM BED???? I will NEVER go back here!!! And all this happened around 5pm. So I guess I was sleeping with my headphones in for about 15mins.... I found out that they have NEW OWNERS. .. Everyone that works here is so kind and it's very clean inside... One of my favorite places to go..

Price was quite reasonable for the service received. The new beds make such a difference. The entire salon is spotless and the beds were cleaned so well. Lotion selection is fabulous. So many to choose from. The owner is very knowledgeable about the lotions and suggested a great lotion to use for my tattoos. The building is beautifully redone and is, in my opinion, one of the nicest remodeled buildings in Ellwood City. Was also able to order some adorable customized shirts while there. Looking forward to going back to use the rest of my package. The salon even offers a service to store my lotion and my own goggles and towel.

I'm the parent you listen to what I say not a child. She had the toner put on after her hair was orange, which took her hair color back to a dark color. I mean, I'm sure it'll fade in time.. probably back to orange. They put a brand new girl on my daughter's hair did not know what she was doing. She did to an extent but not fully. My daughter ended up, leaving with What had to have been the toner all over the back of her sweater And her hair looking like poopie. I did say something and I was supposed to get a call back the next day. I have not as of yet and while we were there, two people came in with messed up haircuts. lol sorry not sorry. Her hair should be fixed. And like I told the girl she should have a more expensive hair straightener to straighten the hair. Not a crappy one from Walmart as this is supposed to be a high class full salon. These pictures are walking out of the salon. I'd be embarrassed!!! I decided to try this place out since there was a Groupon as it was in my area, however even a free…read moremanicure would not bring me back. The manicurist was friendly enough, but was missing spots on my nails and getting black lint on my clear French manicure which caused her to have to fix mistakes (at my request), making it last1.5 hours! The worst part was how she spoke negatively to me about another customer that came in to fix an error that the shop had made. It is just unacceptable and unprofessional to make comments about another customer, it just made me wonder what she would say after I left!
