I called orbitz to assist with this matter as I felt robbed paying over $220. Dlls per night and had endured a nightmare in this hotel that qualifies as a hostel or worse. Staff was apologetic but didnt make it any better . The walls were soil, red coach soil, bathroom was filthy, beds super hard, pillows lumpy and faucet in bathroom was loosed, floors were disgusting. If this dump wants to charge top money for their rooms the least they can do is invest and make the rooms presentable, dont believe the reviews they are 100% fake. I believe the reviews and pictures posted online and experience the worst night of my life
