One small but annoying thing--while I do have VC points, they never ask for them at checkout. If I don't remember to bring it up myself, those little points just vanish into the ether. Not the end of the world, but if you're running a rewards program, maybe... reward people? With the recent vape ban going on I'd been having so much trouble trying to find my preference in disposables for well over a week. This was the only store out of 10 different head shops that not only carried what I was looking for, but had a whole box in the back as well! The worker, Vish, was super helpful in getting me what I needed with very friendly A+ service. He even offered to try to find more boxes of the cool mint air bars and bring them in store. Aside from that it looked like the store was well kept and they had a bigger variety of products (especially disposables) to choose from. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!
