There is a noticeable difference now that she is no longer present. Liz's reputation was built on her ability to treat everyone, from employees to clients, with respect and dignity and open arms. I had been using Deliverit Infusion for over two years and always had courteous and professional service. With no warning they told me I was not a patient anymore because of my insurance. My insurance said Deliverit was under contract and yes they needed to provide service. The lead pharmacist refuses to call me or anyone from my insurance company back. I am now having issues because of no treatment and this is the only infusion center on my plan. Really awful to go through this. read more

Rude staff who lie about why they can't refill a prescription then get pissy when you call them out on it. When you call them over the phone about what ID's are eligible, they'll tell you one thing but then don't accept that form of ID when you show up in person. I was told that I could bring someone in to verify my identity since my ID was expired, and when I did, they wouldn't let me then lied and said I have to be 21 to obtain my prescription, which isn't true since I've been able to get my prescription in the past. Very unprofessional, disrespectful, incompetent staff who clearly need to have their licenses revoked or need to complete their required 20 hours of continued education because they clearly don't know the laws surrounding their profession. There's usually only one pharmacy technician at the front desk, so it takes a while to get any kind of assistance, and the pharmacist just hangs around the back. They don't even ask if you need counseling with the pharmacist, even though they are legally required to. As a pharmacy technician myself, I'm appalled that these people are employed there and they're a serious risk to the lives of their patients, given that they aren't well versed in the laws and practices they should be following. It's disgraceful and contributes the the bad reputation technicians are given. If this is already your pharmacy, I recommend you transfer sooner than later. read more

The customer service is horrible, I have been with Deliver it for quite some times me and the service has only gotten worse and worse. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. When a company chooses to tell you to take your business elsewhere since you're upset that the company did not do there job, there are sever red flags everywhere about this company. They should be shut down. read more

I have been using Deliverit for multiple years, and was completely satisfied with its services, however for past sometime, there is a downfall in the quality of services. Promises are made on phone for deliveries but are not fulfilled, no follow ups about the prescription, etc. Sad to see this previously wonderful pharmacy deteriorate. I have heard that management has changed few times; my sincere piece of advise to the new owners.. please keep your customers first. Thanks! read more

This is a walk-up window at the pharmacy where I went to get a covid test. After knocking on the window, a young-ish male took my voucher, got my test, and sent me to the car to take it. Their intercom wasn't working, so it was difficult communicating. After turning in my test, I awaited results. And I waited. And waited. And waited. If you want your results in a timely manner, go somewhere else. I tested on Thursday mid-morning and got my results at 9PM the following Wednesday, almost a full week, and only then because I called to find out what the hold-up was. Their lab is ridiculously slow. read more

I am a High Risk Patient who trusted DelieverIT to administer the Moderna Covid vaccine. They didnt save the second doses. They administered all their supply and left those of us who got our first shot from here hanging. Now I cannot get a second shot elsewhere, because they have their shots reserved for the people who got the first shot. DelieverIT is bad for Covid vaccines. Do not Trust them. Im now 12 weeks past the date that i was supposed to get my second dose. Now i will have to start over at a time when there is no supply. Dont do business with them. read more

I can't believe it took me so long to try this Pharmacy! I must have driven by a dozen times and didn't give it much thought, but a big chain store made me so irritated with their compounding schedule I figured why not stop in and find out what they are all about. Two words... BLOWN AWAY! The staff is so wonderful and helpful, they take most all insurance and are a total life saver!! Quick compounding for my baby's medicine with delivery available! I think the delivery is the best part of all!! I don't have to leave my child while he is sick or drag him back to the pharmacy to get his prescription. Best pharmacy in Houston/Sugar Land!!! Friendly/helpful staff, quick service, no waiting in long lines, convenient drive thru, great selection of over the counter medicine and products, great prices, otc is always neat, clean, well stocked, and organized, you can get your pet's prescription filled, they do compounding, they have an IV infusion room, they even have delivery. If you haven't visited this pharmacy, you need to. Dr. Ehab and his pharmacy team and staff are the best!!! I had to make a trip to the ER last night and not feeling well today so I was able to take a picture of my prescriptions and send them directly to Dr. Ehab to have them filled. If that's not convenient I don't know what is!!! The best thing about it, you feel like family when you walk in and they greet you using your name. I had the fortunate experience of being a customer of this wonderful "good-neighbor" pharmacy. Ehab without question is such wonderful and personable pharmacist, ready to answer difficult questions and always offering a smile. Would I recommend this pharmacy to others, YES!!! Ehab is able to find the most difficult to fill prescriptions and turnaround time on these medications is always 1-2 days. 15 out of 10 for customer service! I previously received my infusions at a different center and it was always a nightmare, it would take all day and you could tell they did not like to administer my longer infusion. I was nervous leading up to today but there was absolutely no need! The staff was SUPER friendly. When I told them I was unable to drive due to my condition, I was told it was not a problem. A really nice gentleman picked me up and brought me home as a courtesy for my infusion. My nurse was AMAZING! She got me in and out and made sure to make me feel at ease about the length of the infusion (which was less than half the time of the other center by the way...) because they do them all the time. She made me feel so comfortable and I even got to meet the CEO who warmly welcomed me to the Deliverit family and they both said they looked forward to seeing me next time. This was the experience I was promised by my Genetech patient navigator and I will definatly be recommending this facility to EVERYONE I know who gets infusions and tell my patient navigator they should their first recommendation! I cannot say enough good things or thank them enough! read more

I am disabled and a shut-in. I have been using Target pharmacy for years, but since I became more ill, I have been having to ask friends to pick up my prescriptions. I researched delivery pharmacies in Sugarland and saw that DeliverIt Pharmacy had 5 star ratings. I also found DeliverIt pharmacy listed on my BCBS list of contracting pharmacies. So, I transferred all of my prescriptions. I am very happy with the service. Dr. Sam and Dr. Ehab have been very helpful. I am so thankful for same-day delivery and wonderfully kind service!!! I wish i had come here sooner! My son's medication was such a pain to find. Walgreens would take sometimes 2 weeks to order it and then walgreens told me just to go elsewhere for it! I was like wow. I came to this pharamacy and they told me they could have it ready in an hour! I was shocked! The price was even better than walgreens. I couldn't believe walgreens made it sound impossible and this place did it ASAP. We did the drive thru, but delivery is an awesome option if you're very ill or elderly. I recently switched to this infusion pharmacy for my monthly IVIG treatments. I am so upset it took me so long to get here. The staff here was amazing and so accommodating. The nurse was awesome with IVs, very knowledgeable, and nice. The pharmacist came to talk to me before my infusion to make sure I was comfortable with the medication and didn't have any questions. I felt very comfortable in their private infusion suite. I really felt like I was treated as a person and not just a patient number. I am so glad my doctor found this pharmacy! read more
