We are fairly new to the Hilliard area and enrolling my (then) 3-year-old into their center was the best thing we could have ever done. Full time day care was a huge adjustment and they made it seamless for us. While everyone is awesome, the people I have most closely interacted with are Miss Meghan, Miss Liza, and Ms. Nikki (the center director)... they are rockstars! They are all very attentive, approachable and have taken excellent care of my son. My son has not only developed cognitively, but he improved in his socialization and simple "life skills." They engage the parents by having open houses, take home dinners, and other events centered around family. Also if you need extended hours there are one the few (and I MEAN FEW) centers that offer late hours and Saturdays. I highly recommend the center to anyone looking for a nurturing, safe, and educational environment!

I asked ma'am can you hear me and stated to her why did she hang up? Yes I have used both drugs and alcohol in my far past, but I most definitely was not an "addict". My short week in a half stay at Teen Challenge was literally hell. I was screamed at whhike mid anxiety attack (as I have sever anxiety, depression, and PTSD), if I had a legit question I was told to stop "questioning" their staff, and you were not aloud to speak endless spoken to. We had literally raise our hands to use the restroom. They did force us to write scriptures all day long, because that's how you fix addictions and psychological disorders in their minds. Everyday I felt degraded and humiliated. I remember thinking "God would never treat me this way." The director, Linda, told me to my face that if I left, I would never amount to anything and would be back. That I needed her organization if I ever wanted a better life. Upon my departure, I was put down verBally by Linda's daughter, with threats of calling the cops if I didn't "shut my mouth" her words. So I did. They dropped me off outside of a bus station, in a town I've never been in before with no money. And since they don't allow cell phones, I had no way to call home. I finally get to Indy bus depot, where there is a delay due to a bad snow storm hitting Lafayette. I sat their for 6 hours. Finally, balling my eyes out, I ask the bus worker if I could use her phone to call my mom as I had no money. She over heard me telling my mom I i was hungry, and broke. They women gave me a 5$ voucher so I could eat. I cried even harder, as that was the most kindness I had experienced since I had been in Teen Challenge-Josie's house custody. They are truly cult-like and are not as they seem. They told the women who helped me get in that I made up all of my stories, but this is not the case. This "christian" organization really added more trauma into my life. But thankfully i have cane out on top, and am determined to expose this facility for what it truly is, disgraceful and emotionally-verbally-mentally abusive! It definitely needs to be investigated and shut down! ***update 2.11.20*** I had reached out to Linda the director more than enough times once I left and had been back him. She claimed I was lying. So no, I will not reach out to them again, but will do my best to detour anyone from ever going to this specific teen challenge and would never recommend it. Linda, I'm not sorry but you are extremely manipulative and a huge liar. You are not to be trust at all if you ask me. You will deceive as much as possible to look like some amazing women that you just are not.
