First off, $125 for a deep clean isn't ridiculous I admit, but the person that was sent to me had a walking boot. A WALKING BOOT. So i knew from the get go she was not going to be able to reach the top cabinets or anything high. I let her know that I didn't want her to get brave and do so because last think I need is a stranger i injured in my soon to be duplex. When she finished she showed me around, and all looked well, but on further inspection a few days later my wife noticed spider webs on the kitchen cabinet and in the closet. I notified the owner as soon as I saw and got no response. Very disappointed. I have a 4 year old with asthma and I was expecting a deep clean that I paid for to get rid of dust and spider webs at the very least. And no communication from the owner to top it off. Please do not do business with them. I know I am just some random stranger on yelp, but believe me, once they have your money they wont give a crap about you. Back in 2021 we moved my mom out of her house of 20 years, and and it was an absolute wreck when we were done. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project.
