I want to thank Scott (his company) for their time and hard work. I had already been told by another company that my traffic stains were permanent, but they were very confident those professionals were mistaken that I decided to pay their premium rate to have them handle it. They assured me they could succeed where others failed, but unfortunately, the stains remain. After the job was finished, they explained that the lanes are actually 'imprinted', the same conclusion the first company reached. Overall the quality of work was superb which commensurates with the price quoted at time of appointment. Scott had a lot up against him since my granddaughters used the sofa as their blank art canvas. He not only showed up to the appointment on time, but he confirmed as well. Lately I've been disappointed in the number of last minute cancellations of service appointments I had so it's always refreshing (and relieving) when someone is true to their word and follows through. Small disappointment is being quoted a price $500, then charged a credit card surcharge ($15) then being asked if I wanted to increase my payment (ie tip)... which I did. It was all well worth it at the end - but should be noted for those receiving quotes. I will DEFINITELY be calling him again for additional work!! read more

He was professional, fast, efficient, explained everything and gave some helpful tips for future care. He was upfront about pricing and my couch looks 100x better. I highly recommend.
