Look I'm not someone who complains a lot, you can check my account and search my history, but I'm disappointed with how they handled my cleaning. First off, $125 for a deep clean isn't ridiculous I admit, but the person that was sent to me had a walking boot. A WALKING BOOT. So i knew from the get go she was not going to be able to reach the top cabinets or anything high. I let her know that I didn't want her to get brave and do so because last think I need is a stranger i injured in my soon to be duplex. When she finished she showed me around, and all looked well, but on further inspection a few days later my wife noticed spider webs on the kitchen cabinet and in the closet. I notified the owner as soon as I saw and got no response. Very disappointed. I have a 4 year old with asthma and I was expecting a deep clean that I paid for to get rid of dust and spider webs at the very least. And no communication from the owner to top it off. Please do not do business with them. I know I am just some random stranger on yelp, but believe me, once they have your money they wont give a crap about you. Btw they inly accept Zelle which makes it difficult to ask for money back. You have been warned. Also notice the reviews are from years ago. No wonder they havent been rated as well recently. Find a better business who communicates and actually cares about customer satisfaction. read more

I hired Abby to do a final cleaning before closing on the sale of our home. They were a little late but more than made up for it with the fantastic job they did. She did call and communicate she would be a little late. The movers had left a mess and they picked up after them without any complaint or extra charge. They took the time to go over the whole house and made it sparkle. They stuck to the agreed upon price and when I added on the inside of the stove and refrigerator the up charge was minimal. I hired this company to clean a small 3 bedroom house. I assumed "janitorial" meant they knew how to clean. The job was not hard, the house had been completely renovated and was not occupied. I explained several times the biggest problem was some construction dust on the entirely brand new: ceiling fans, doors, bathroom vanities, kitchen counters, flooring, etc... The "crew" that was promised was one woman. She was an hour late and obviously rushed through the "cleaning". Dust remained on the fans, corners of the flooring and baseboards. Dirt was smudged around but not cleaned up. Very disappointing. $175 fee for a job not well done at all. read more

Abby was in touch right away with a quote & stayed in touch to confirm the appointment the night before & let me know exactly when she would arrive the morning of. I even had a shower that needed a serious clean (lots of mildew, grime, etc in a space that wasn't frequently used ) - I was able to send a pic & Abby let me know it would cost just a bit more because it would take a little more time to give it a deep scrub. This is my first review! I always look over reviews when making selections on services (that's what our new tech age is about isn't it?!). The reason I am giving this feedback is because "Rendered Quality Janitorial" is excellent! Good people, making an honest living. I had consistent obstacles when making an appointment on my end. The crew was set up and ready to go, then a couple of hours before, our neighborhood's water went down due to construction I was not aware of. Abby, my scheduling/planning representative continued to show patience and understanding. She even tried to provide water on their end just to make sure the cleaning was quality work (since they did the restroom they had to have water - no brainer!). The crew was wonderful. As a psychotherapist, I tend to look into things a bit deeper (with my own demise sometimes). The crew worked with an intrinsic motivation and with their hearts. She cleaned areas of the house that was not on the plan, and showed a true desire to do her best. In every job, profession, and task we are challenged with how far we go in what we do.
