I don't know how this has such low ratings. I always have great service and my pedicures always come out great. This is the only salon that my polish actually stays on!! First of all they ripped all of my nails off and refused to give me a fill, and then when she finally started to do my nails after an hour of ripping my previous ones off I told the lady I wasn't happy with them when she was still doing them because it wasn't at all what I had asked for, so then I asked for a simple french tip since I wasn't getting what I had previously asked for and the lady who was doing my nails got all mad at me and threw the paper towel she had wiped the previous polish off with. I was there for 2 hours, my fingers were bleeding as my skin got filed more than my nails. I felt judged and it overall wasn't the best vibe. It was cute in there but everyone's personality in there wasn't and I was charged extra because I changed my nails to a simple french tip, but as anyone I wasn't going to pay for something I wasn't happy with and didn't ask for. I got a rushed but acceptable gel manicure and my teenage nieces got regular polish pedicures. We were walk-ins. It was mid-day on a week day. We signed in and there were a few people ahead of us-- so a bit busy. I was visiting from out of town because of a family funeral and was trying to cheer them up. I'd like to say other reviewers were wrong because sometimes I find negative reviews overblown. But.... We had a similar experience to a couple posted. I totally understand the perils of walk-in but... They put my nieces in the chairs to soak their feet after we'd been there less than 10 mins. At the 45 minute wait point I asked-- very nicely--if they had any sense for how long the wait might still be. I completely understand some people have appointments and there are some people ahead of us because we are walk ins. The guy was totally snappy and rude. He told me they were busy and that no one had even had lunch yet and some people have appointments, etc. Ok then... we went back to waiting guessing we might soon? Be up next? Kids kept feet soaking in now cold water. We decided we'd wait another 15 mins and then leave. We got attention at about that point. I have gone to lots of walk in salons and even when busy I felt attended to when my turn came. This felt like an 'express' gel manicure with emphasis on express! She was so harried she rubbed some lotion at the end just on the back of my hands while they were in the little light box rather than wait the minute to pull them out and then hit them with the hot towel wipe off. And when she was removing my previous gel she kept upping the speed on her drill and at least 3 times I was just shy of pulling my hand away bc my nail was getting hot and it hurt--that has never happened to me anywhere before. Good grief. It would have been a perfectly happy experience even with a super long wait if-- When we arrived they just said-- we are busy now, it will probably be up to an hour wait. We might have even elected to make an appointment to come back later and gone for lunch, just left or plopped down prepared to wait. It would have also been perfectly nice, if we'd decided to stay, had they waited to put the girls in the chairs until closer to 'go' time. And it would have also been a perfectly good experience had it seemed like it was my turn like the poor lady giving me my manicure wasn't so harried and stressed she was rushing as fast as she could to get it done. And even if none of these things had happened-- had the rude guy just said-- there are still X people ahead of you, probably will have to wait at least X. Not unreasonable to ask. Instead they were downright mean to us and then hit us up for $35 each for these services which I found really high-- and I live in the city. No pricing sign so I couldn't much question it. I've been coming here since the summer and this is my go to nail place now. They always do a great job and my nails last a very long time. They've been able to do everything I've asked for so far. They are always friendly and very clean. I can't reccomend them enough. read more

First time I went there. I thought it was expensive at $40.00 each for manicure and pedicure. I was expecting 30 to 35, but was shocked.

Started coming here this summer at the recommendation of a friend. Everytime I have gone they have been clean, friendly, and professional. I will continue to use them for sure! My gels last for 3 - 4 weeks at a time... Anywhere else I have gone they advertise a month but they chip and peel after a week! Very happy with CasaBella! read more

The person who did my nails was rude . His station was obstructed so I could not see what he was doing . He seemed to be in a bad mood !!! I tired to explain what I wanted and felt I was talking to deaf ears. I also felt they wanted to get as many ppl done fast -- instead of giving individual attention for good service. Not good! The place looked in disarray - empty boxs scattered the floors - product all over - not neat and clean ? no organization- Dusty and dirty . No neatness in this shop . The back entrance was also Very cluttered with stuff including garbage bags . Slow down - listen to people - clean up and be neat - give your customers the time they derserve . I feel so bad for my nail technician that I continually had to repeat what I want, and ask him to change it when it was not at all what I was asking for. I went in with beautiful long natural nails (too picture). One has broken so I needed a tip, and just wanted the rest to be changed to a different gel polish. He recommended dip and said it was stronger so I took his advice. I told him repeatedly that I liked them thin and the shape a deep coffin. I ended up with the nails at the bottom of the picture, after I gave up giving direction because I felt like such a jerk. I had to say 3 different times PLEASE make them thinner. I know they will break easier but I'd rather be more careful than have ugly bulky nails! $45 and 2 hours later...I absolutely hate them. Every time I go to this nail salon when I am in town they over charge ... an acrylic fill is $18 per their pricing pamphlet in the salon and their web site prices. When I asked why I was being charged $20 first he tried to say something about my nail polish which was regular OPI that I brought with me then he said that their prices went up. After doing the acrylic fill he wasn't even going to buff them, they were completely rough then when he did bought them after I said I wanted them buffed he barely did it and you can see the roughness through the polish. read more

This is the WORST nail salon ever. My daughter and I went on a Sunday afternoon. We chose our polishes and were told to sit. Someone removed our polish and told us to wait. 5 people came in after us and were started right away while we waited. Then someone came and told us to move to different chairs. This person clipped our cuticles. Then she dremmeled our nails until they hurt. (They are still sore.). She toldbus to wash our hands and started working on someone else. Then someone came and took my polish color away to use for a woman who came 20 minutes after us. After an hour of waiting I had to leave to pick up my younger daughter from practice even though i had never received my manicure. They had the nerve to charge my daughter and harge her full price. Truly love their pedicures. Everything is clean and sterile. Even with the basic pedicure, they really take care of your feet. My nails are always exactly what I ask for. Sometimes, it takes a bit long. But it's always perfect, so I don't mind waiting. I wish the dremel bits were clean and sanitary. Unfortunately they use them on everyone ... Worst experience ever! If we could give negative stars... A friend and I went to have manicures. The woman who did a French for me had done three nails that were not evenly done across. What asked to fix it, she pinched me instead and said it was the shape of my nail which she had just shaped. I asked to be refunded after that but was told that was not possible. I've been going to this salon for years. Within the last year there service has declined so bad. They purposely don't polish your nails all the way down to your cuticles so your nails grow out faster and you need to go back sooner. The final straw was yesterday when they argued with me over how much money I had on my gift card. I had $20 left but they insisted it was only $3. I ended up paying them as to not cause a huge scene, but I will NEVER go back there. They are robbing people blind! Stay away. read more
