This was my third time using Casablanca Wireless to repair my phones. As always, excellent and fast service, accurate quote and fair price. I needed a batteryy replaced in my iPhone 7. Matt (the proprietor) used a tester to confirm my battery was weak before starting the work. I left hiM with the phone at 5:00 PM on Friday and it was ready for pick up at 11:00 on Saturday, as promised. Here's the scenario. I left the gym and cracked my iPhone 6s screen into a bazillion pieces at 7:00PM on a Wednesday night, post gym workout. I'm exhausted, and was not trying to pay $130+ to have my iPhone screen replaced before payday. I called up these guys at 7:15 PM made it to them (from Everett) by 7:30 PM. It is now 7:55 PM and I am writing this review, while on my way home (via Uber). IF THAT ISN'T THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN THEN IDK WHAT IS!!!! So far so good with my screen....no screen discoloration, no glitches....everything seems great!!!! The guys were SUPER nice and it wasn't awkward or anything. They made conversation with me. I brought our iPad in here to have them fix a broken screen which they did. However when I got it back home the on/off button was broken and the guy said it was broken when I brought it in. After pushing him he admitted it was broken when I brought it in and that something happened. He did not mention this when I picked it up. He did not offer a refund but offered to look at it. I don't think I want to bring it back there so they can break something else. read more

Honestly, I would give this business ten, a million or a billion stars if I could. Take a deep breath... this is going to be a long one. As a background, a month ago my iphone 6's screen was cracked. I walked into NH Phone Repair and had it fixed, and the one guy there did rushed job (less than ten minutes), he added a screen protector and the overall cost was very, very expensive. He even threw in a line while he was doing a rushed job " Hey have you ever had issues with your home button", I answered "no, I had never had issues with it, my screens just cracked". That statement threw me off, and after it was "fixed" we left as I was only visiting NH. Since that visit, I have had countless problems that I've encountered: my home screen of course being more finicky than usual, my lock not working properly, vertical lines popping up at the bottom of the screen and the list goes on. The worst occurred yesterday where my screen was completely unresponsive and only showed vertical lines like a broken TV screen - I was extremely upset and knew it was because of that chop-shop visit. So of course, I walk into my phone provider(T-mobile) in Medford at Station Landing around 8:00 p.m. the same day it occurred. The phone saleswoman looked at my phone with no visible damage besides the display issue and told me my phone was under warranty and I only had to pay $5 but I'd have to wait for another phone for 3 days. However, she suggested another option that I go to the apple store for a manufacturer's warranty. So, I go to the apple store right after and wait 30 minutes or so to finally be turned away because the phone was refurbished and they suggested a fee of $129 to fix my issue, so I declined and decided I would use my phone service warranty instead. The next day, (this morning) I go to the T-mobile store again. This time, the saleswoman, a different one (Coralisa) this time was extremely rude. She was abrasive when she talked to me and after explaining my situation she was dismissive declined the warranty and broke my screen protector. Yes. She broke it, and she refused to replace it because I did not buy it at a T-mobile store, and when I would ask her why she would interrupt me with "Can I talk, are you going to let me talk" as if I were a child. She then tells me that the phone screen (which isn't damaged, had glue sticking out of it and the screen was broken (which it wasn't and the saleswoman the night before said everything was fine), and the rude woman told me that I would need to pay a $175 fee in order to use my warranty. I was terribly upset at this point, not only from the disrespect but the fact that not only was this cost higher than apple and her nasty behavior and refusing to replace my broken screen protector but the fact that this is allowed to happen in the first place. I was deadset on leaving that phone provider, quickly called Verizon but sadly the conversion was too high but I was referred to this phone repair shop, Casablanca. Oh Casablanca, you are my saving grace. Haha. I give them a quick run down of the story, also learning they were associated with T-mobile, I had my guard up but it was a completely different story. Matt and Dani, apologized on behalf of the terrible service I had (they didn't have to) calmly and patiently explained what was wrong with my phone, and that it would take an hour to complete. They explained that my screen was broken internally rather than externally and they gave me a very reasonable price. The fact that it didn't take 10 minutes like the last guy I went to, and they explained to me the issue really shows how excellent their business is all throughout, customer service, quality of work and beyond. I also bought a phone case and left with a thousand thank you's making sure that everyone that walked into their business heard loud and clear. Thank you so much for helping me !! Once again, 5 billion stars to your business! Spread the news to your friends and family, they deserve it. This is where you want to go - it's small and it's a gem! I took my iPhone 6 in perfectly working condition with just a cracked screen here. I dropped it off and they said to come back in an hour and a half. When I came back, I was told that the phone had died after they opened it and they needed a week to fix it but I was going to be charged for this too. This is ridiculous because they broke my phone and won't even fix what they broke for free. read more
