This apartment complex is awesome! The management is super responsive, considerate, helpful, and maintenance requests get handled quickly. They do a really great job at genuinely caring for their residents! The location is close to everything I need in the Appleton Greenville area! The complex is kept clean and you can tell it's taken care of! The apartment itself is up to date and modern, so the space feels very fresh and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend! read more

Administration and management are unfair and unjustly take security deposits for very petty and unlawful things. Deductions for hair on shelf in bathroom, egg drippings down the side of stove and dust on the light fixtures that are on the ceiling! We worked very hard and were very diligent in cleaning the apartment and they had to work so hard to find things just to keep some of the deposit. It's just so wrong!! Why? Earnest money put forward is just that honest money that most people count on will be returned when they go above and beyond to clean and care for the place. Shame on Casaloma Creek!! Lived in many different apartments in my life and this was by far the worst managed. - Moved in and place was a pig sty, spend 6 hours cleaning the place myself. - Dust everywhere, marks on the walls, debris on the floor, holes in the wall, mold in the windows. - Management never sent someone in to inspect, clean, or fix any repairs, Come to find out they took the previous tenants security deposit but never actually made any of the fixes or did the cleaning. -Paid $200 for a carpet cleaner just for them to charge more on the security deposit for the same cleaning -Management never did a post inspection on the previous tenants and I got charged for all the stuff that should've been fixed and addressed. They just said "well you signed the lease" do NOT live here unless you want your security deposit stolen and horrible management. read more

Terrible. Overpriced. The management is the worst I have ever experienced. They took the entire security deposit after they force you to pay for carpet cleaning. The did not inspect the apartment when we moved in. We had to clean the trashed apartment ourselves. They also will automatically renew a year long lease if you do not hand mail in a response. You cannot even drop the paperwork off in the office nor will they email you. If you wish to go month to month, you will have to pay an extra $200 a month, on top of the already overpriced rent. If you leave the place spotless, this is what they will charge you with below; The invoice from cleaning and maintenance stated: -Windows and patio door tracks filled with dirt and mold. -Showers had layered on soap scum and hair. -Oven top had food baked on. -Fridge and oven had to be cleaned due to food debris inside and underneath. -Outside and inside of cupboards filled with dirt and food debris. -Baseboards in kitchen had splattered food on them. -Toilets needed to be cleaned due to hair and dust. -Showers had soap scum and 3M stickers stuck everywhere had to be removed and scrubbed off. -Floors were full of dirt and hair and caked on debris. -Registers and light fixtures had to be wiped down. -Washer and dryer had to be wiped down and scrubbed. -Replaced 10 burnt out bulbs, 1 broken door stop, 2 smoke detector batteries. -Had to tighten down 2 door stops, two fridge door shelves had to be replaced (broken). Had to remove a bottle top from the garbage disposal. -Remove nails from walls, patch and paint over. -Replace broken tub drain. From the above we did the following; Windows and patio door tracks filled with dirt and mold. Replace broken tub drain. Remove nails from walls, patch and paint over. Outside and inside of cupboards filled with dirt and food debris. Washer and dryer had to be wiped down and scrubbed. The management here is very unprofessional and unreliable. Giving multiple answers and leaving tenants to deal with their own issues. Their "manager" here also does not respond in a timely manner to requests for service issues. For example, the garage door was not working in the apartment garage and it took over a week for the someone from the property to come look at it. When he assessed the garage door, it "appears just fine" and did not fix anything. Not to mention during the day the "manager" spends time with her friends walking around the property and riding on a golf cart with other people who do not reside or work at Casaloma creek instead of tending to the tenants needs. read more

We received our apartment in horrible condition. We spent hours cleaning and there was black mold everywhere. We left the apartment in better condition then we received it and the landlord took all of our security deposit on things like tightening screws. Something that shouldn't have been our responsibility. Wouldn't recommend these landlords to anyone. They walked into our apartment multiple times without our permission. I lived at the Casaloma Creek Apartments for a year and in my opinion people looking for an overpriced horribly constructed and maintained non luxury apartment look no further. Luckily I only had a 1 year lease (wish it had been 1 month) and was able to get out, although they withheld my security deposit for normal wear and tear. Disappointing. If there were more options we would have moved out at our end of lease. People and pets continually come right up to our bedroom window, and when I asked about putting one of the extra large rocks that is just sitting near the trash area(along with many others), on the edge of the lawn directly in front of the window-just like all of the other rocks dotting the edges of the lawn, I was told the owner denied my request. When I complained about the dogs running around without a leash, they said they handled it, but it just keeps happening. They seem annoyed when you address anything and fail to enforce their own policies. When I wanted to know what the new pet policy was, they said no pets allowed-but there might be some. When We moved in, they needed to re-do the floors. They said we needed to be out from 7am-5 pm. We did exactly that, and found that the repair men didn't even come to start the repair until noon. Then, when we returned at 5, nothing was even close to done-no kitchen or bathroom to use until 8pm. No one communicated anything to us regarding the further length of time. They are unclear, and don't seem to want to deal with anything. They seemed annoyed with me for saying anything when I am the one actually respecting their policies. I look forward to renting somewhere where the policies are enforced, there is clearly stated policies and communication, and where simple requests are actually considered, rather than immediately denied. read more

Not worth the price. I realize that no apartment living is glorious, but when you claim luxury and charge for it you should deliver. I had a better experience in an apartment that I payed nearly 1/2 for. I lived in these apartments for about 2 1/2 years. They have nice layouts are nice large units. Love the washer and dryer in unit. But the cons outweigh the pros. The area is nice. Convenient access to 41 and the mall. Close to the Timber Rattlers and their fireworks. It was nice that the garages were attached, but I lived above them. Everytime my neighbors used their door you could hear and feel it. Otherwise it was realtively quiet. Only heard people in the hallway, not the othr units. And I nevery had anyone complain about my stereo or guests being too loud. The train that goes by at night is awful. It must stop nearby because it blows the horn for a very long time.You also get some noise from the highway, but not bad. The exterior lights make a very loud buzzing sound that can be heard inside with the windows shut. People are generally pretty nice. A lot of young families. Most people keep to themselves. But the drivers are out of control. People whip around corners all the time. Often there are small kids on bikes in the parking lot. I wouldn't be surprised if someone got hit. And people get even more careless when the weather gets bad. Parking isn't the greatest. Technically you are limited to your garage and the space right outside it. If you only have a one stall garage and two cars that means you are constantly flip flopping them to get the one out of the gargae. Or you just park in the limited guest parking, which you aren't supposed to do. The onsite manager is nice. Sometimes hard to get in contact with, but pretty helpful. The management company on the other hand is terrible. You better hope nothing breaks. We were without air conditioning or nearly a month in the hottest part of the summer. They blame it on the unit being back ordered, but for the price they charge for rent they need to offer all the amenities they claim to have. They should have gone to home depot and got a new one that day. I asked for compensation and was declined. I tried to persue the issue, but eventually they just stopped replying. On the topic of ammenities, they advertise a hot tub. This hot tub exists, however, it has not been functional since before I moved in because they don't want to pay to update the drain system to comply with regulations. Yet they continue to advertise it. The workout facility is nice. Small, but has the basics. Usually it is empty and you have it all to yourself. I think very few people use it. It gets warm in there in the afternoons when the sun shines in. To get a key card for it you have to show proof of renters insurance, not too much to ask. There is only one dumpster and it is by the condos. So if you live in the apartments you will need to drive around the ponds with your trash or walk across the grass and have to scrape goose poo off your shoes. They do not spray for bugs. When I first moved in my patio was so covered with spiders that I could not use it. I sprayed on my own and it has been much better. There is a bee problem though. If you are allergic you do not want to live here. The recently started spraying for bees, but it didn't work. I have since seen 2 hives forming. I have reported them, but nothing has been done. Every year you have to resign a 1 year lease and the rules/price may change. They change thier pet policies. So if you move in with a pet and they change the rules you need to ask to have it grandfathered in. And they inspect the apartment annually (the inspectors are very rude!) so be prepared to move illegal animals out with only a few days notice. You can also choose to sign for 6 months or month to month, but the rates go up significantly. They can enter your unit without notice if they claim it is a safety issue. If you miss a rent payment they send you a letter in the mail saying you have 5 days to pay (with late fee) or get out. My check was stuck to someone elses and they sent me this letter. By the time I got it, I would have needed to be out the next day if it hadn't been an error which they caught. The water bill is split equally between all 9 units. So a single person pays the same as the family of 4 down the hall. Good news is, they often fail to send the bill and then you owe nothing. Breaking your lease is brutal. You need 60 days notice that you are leaving and you lose your security deposit. The kicker is that you owe the rent for the remainder of the lease unless the unit is rented. I left with about 5 months remaining. I was able to rent the unit, but I advertised and showed it myself. During that entire 60 days the manager did not show the apartment a single time. My proactiveness was the only reason I don't owe over $3800 in rent for a place I'm not living. read more

Definitely pros and cons with this property. Mainly quiet and the grounds are kept very nicely. The apartment was open, spacious and clean. The on-site fitness room was decent but disappointing that the nice hot tub was non-functional, and per the manager wasn't ever going to be made available for use. They advertise "heat included" but in my case the question was, "how much?" Multiple times during the coldest winter months the heat in my unit was not working for days. When asked about compensation for the increased cost of my electric bill while using space heaters until the issues were resolved, not to mention the inconvenience of being chilled and uncomfortable, I was referred to the management company. Nothing was ever credited or reimbursed. Same issue when a roof leak occurred during a particularly bad storm and ruined a $300.00 comforter. I contacted the Lexington Management for some sort of compensation and they referred me to my renter's insurance agent. With a $500.00 deductible it was just another financial loss. The water bill is divided equally between all units in the building. Wasn't a fan of that as I was a single person paying the same amount as the family of 4 down the hall. If the envelope of your rent check is not postmarked by the last day of the month, you will receive a bill for $9.00. Be aware that if you live in the buildings that face the truck docks and enjoy having your windows open in the warm months, you will get to experience all the sounds and smells of a truck stop. Not so bad on the weekends, but during the week it's ridiculous. I dealt with two different managers while living there for two years. Both very pleasant and helpful. The manager who was there when I moved out made extra efforts to help rent my unit prior to the end of my lease which was very much appreciated. Overall I didn't find the monthly cost and rent increases worth staying, and ultimately moved to a similar yet far less expensive apartment complex. read more

Casaloma Towers is a wonderfully constructed modern luxury apartment complex. The landlord and other staff of Lexington Management are amazing to work with and respond to any concerns promptly. They show genuine respect and care for their tenants. You can tell they take pride in their business and are very reasonable. This apartment complex doesn't stop caring about you after you sign their lease. I believe the price is completely reasonable for the convenient location, the layout and design, amenities, layout and design, and the pet friendly environment. I can easily say this is one of the best apartment complexes in the Appleton area. read more
