I have one of the furnished units and it seems as if they kind of just threw it all together and are charging a hefty price for what it is. The appliances in the kitchen are outdated, the burners on our stove are raised and not flat, which causes pans to slide and potentially fall on the floor. One of our rooms came with two twin beds, which was weird to begin with, but as the apartment advised for us to push them together, they are of different heights and softnesses which is uncomfortable. The building I am in is one of the older ones, and the hallways are kind of sketchy looking. Also, the WiFi sucks really bad from time to time. It is quiet, and I do like how they gave us Tupperware. Also, the hot water heats up fairly quickly. One thing I noticed is that the apartment does not have any vents for the heat to come out of, so as fall/winter approaches I guess we will see if it is cold or not. Utilities are included, which is nice. If you are looking for a short term place to live, it's not bad. Otherwise, I wouldn't live here long term.

My 1st year was with the old ownership and the rest with Diamond. Long story short, management is horrible, you can't get anything fixed, it's dirty, and if you say anything they harass you for any little thing until they get you out. There have been a lot of decent people who moved out because of the horrible management of the buildings and dealing with the office management. Talk with some of the residents before you decide to rent there. If not, you'll find out for yourself.

Although the apartment and facilities are adequate my children were scared to play outside for fear of being yelled at by Annette. One of my daughters needed to use the restroom at the community center when she was walking home from the bus stop one day. Annette stopped her and told her she wasn't supposed to be there without a parent, my daughter told her that she just needed to use the restroom but Annette would not let her go. My 9 year old daughter wet her pants trying to get home. Every interaction I have had with Annette she was hostile. I had to leave the apartment just to escape her wrath. If you have any other options for shelter utilize them before you are locked in to a contract.

And through all of those jobs I have worked through the years, I have gotten a lot of business from the tenants of Dublin Trail apartments. I have always dreaded these runs, because I hate to go there. The place is so large, and there are so many buildings, which is fine, but it is such a headache because they don't know how to label their buildings with the addresses. It's bad enough during the day, trying to find the numbers on the buildings, and they are small and located in odd locations, but at night it is downright impossible. Tonight, I spent a half hour driving around the parking lot, getting out and walking around buildings looking for the building number in the dark, before I phoned my customer and asked him to come outside and wave me down. That is INSANE. Number your buildings better, put up some signs and some lights like NORMAL apartment complexes.
