I had already been driving for ten years prior to that. I was so lost, in so much pain, and had no idea what to do. So I did what my boyfriend told me to do and call Dan Newlin. My case was accepted by Karen Wasson, and she changed my life. I literally didn't know anything on what to do, my car was totaled, I felt totaled, physically and mentally, and she really made my process so easy. She walked me through every step, was there to answer all of my incessant and sometimes repetitive questions and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She took my case and handled it quickly and efficiently and exceeded any of my expectations. Even post surgery, she sent flowers to me and checked on me frequently.
