I highly recommend using another financial institute for auto loans. I called on 06/01/2023 and told them the new address to mail our titles to and confirmed pay off for two vehicles. I mailed the check that afternoon. The loan department claims that on 06/20/2023 they mailed our titles to our OLD address, which is in another state. My husband has spoken to them twice to inquire about the missing titles, them assuring us they were mailed. Our old address on file is my parents house, they saved every piece of mail sent to us. The titles were never sent there. Today I called again about the titles, the woman I spoke to told me there is nothing they can do because there is no record of an address change and they don't typically change addresses over the phone- something I was not informed of. However she is mailing a cashiers check to our address and closing our account. I find it very interesting that she is able to do all of that over the phone with ZERO signatures or even speaking to the main account holder (my husband). Now because of their incompetence we are required to file a lost title for two of our vehicles, which will cost us a minimum of $202 of dollars. read more

don't use this credit union. I have had an excellent history with paying back debts and a great credit score over 660 and they still denied me a personal loan. Just don't bother with them. read more

I've been a member of Cascade Community since I was 11?? Maybe younger! I have never had a negative experience with their handling of my accounts, or customer service. In fact, the team at Cascade Community has looked out for my best interests and are responsive and personable and treat you like a valued member--not an account number. I'm hoping for many more years of being part of the CCCU family! read more

Went in to get a $40k loan on a new car, took about 15 minutes to get qualified and approved. Now that is good service. Forget those other whiney people and give them a try! They were great to me!!!! read more

I had been a member of this bank since I was 10. Before COVID, I had moved my main account out of this bank. I had lost my debit card and had pending reoccurring charges that came out of this account. I asked if they could leave it be until the end of the month they said no. No help, the debit cards take FOREVER to get here. So I left then with my main account. This is not the bank it once was. During COVID when I was looking for information on the PPP loans I was told rudely the money had already been given out and unless I wanted a personal loan I was out of luck. Then hung up on, no can I do anything else, or even a goodbye. Then I had a dormant account that I forgot about. Then when I had time off to deal with it I had already lost $10. It's not the money, it's the lack of customer service, care and everything else they use to be. When I got engaged we were both cascade members. They were so excited. They went above and beyond to help us. I loved the downtown ladies. Now this establishment is a revolving door of employees and cares. Would not recommend them to anyone. Saying goodbye was made way too easy. So sad. When I called and was frustrated the gal I talked to didn't even care. Didn't try to make it right. So much for "community". read more

Cascade Community Credit Union is wonderful! I got an account years ago and even though I've moved to Portland, OR I can still do anything I need to from there! I can cash a check, pull out cash, check my account balance with the mobile app and move money around at the blink of an eye. Seriously though, I'll be in checkout at the store and not have enough money in my account, go into the app, move money from one account to anothee, and slide my card again and it's there! Super useful! The people working there are great too and have been very helpful! I'm visiting Japan right now and have had some issues with my card not working and they resolved them right away! I can't say enough about how great it is to have such an awesome credit union! read more

I set up a savings account and I needed a EBT card. So I went today and walked around looking at the little trees in there with my father who serves as my financial consultant at the same time. We waited and Becky told me to wait, I waited then she called me over but then said she was still busy. Why call me over when you are still busy? I sat and my father had been sitting all day and was looking at the trees, "So, what can I do?" Becky asked. "She needs an EBT card that has the VISA logo," he said. "If you're going to help and talk, I want you to sit there," she pointed to the seat next to me, I was surprised with this sudden rude attitude and tone in her voice, she said he was intimidating her (my father is 6/6 f but was not doing anything to bring on this attitude from this woman), "I'm not trying to be rude." Then why say anything at all? "Who can close the account if something happens to you?" she asked me. "My father whom you just insulted," I responded back, I felt like I was being talked down to like an adult talking to a child. She rattled off the overdraft fees, "I have had this before," I said. "Not with us," she said. "Yes, with other banks, I do not buy much using an EBT card online. I know about the overdraft fees." "But not with us," her tone again was rude. I took all the paperwork and with a final, "Thanks for insulting my father," I walked out. Do not go there, all of the people are rude, especially Becky. I will be closing my account soon enough. I can not say enough about how fantastic this credit union is! We have been members for 20 years now and have had car loans, credit cards, cash line, checking and savings account. They are very helpful and care about their members. Everyone is kind and truly listen to any questions you have or concerns. We love cascade so much that when we moved to Washington (they're a local bank only) we stayed with them, instead of changing to a bank up here. Their app is fantastic for all people! I can check my account, pay on a loan, transfer money and deposit checks! I really can't say enough about Cascade. You won't regret it! read more

WORST service I've EVER gotten from here. Highly suggest NOT banking with them. Ordered a credit card and it never came, they wouldn't even tell me where it was. Even went to someone higher up and they still wouldn't give me answers. Decided to just cancel the account and go somewhere else. Was extremely worried my credit would be affected if someone got a hold of the card and they still wouldn't give me help. Talked to multiple people there. Even went in and tried to get service, but they didn't even try and give me help. Really bummed to have experienced this! I would never bother with them again and I will be going somewhere else. read more
