They said the order had just been put out and she assumed someone else must have picked up our order. I could be wrong and they just gave it to someone without checking their ticket/receipt though, which is still not efficient. They remake it and got it wrong: my husband ordered fries but they gave him tots and at this point we're already late to where we're supposed to be so he just ate them. I also got tots and be warned you get the tiniest little cluster of less than a dozen of them and mine were somehow cold. Then as we left I asked for a refill of the diet Cherry Lemon Sundrop I ordered at the beginning and saw her put cherry Fanta in it (not diet) so I mentioned that and she said that's how they do diet CLS: it's half diet sundrop and half cherry Fanta. Yet when I asked when I ordered my drink if they had diet CLS, she said yes, which is a lie, so if you order that be prepared that it's half cherry Fanta instead and plan on the extra calories. Overall very frustrated with the portion sizes, the extreme wait, the lack of system for checking tickets before giving out food, and the fact that we only got a half hearted apology for all their mistakes.
