My son loves this Share Tea spot. This is his favorite Boba tea place in Charlotte. It was his birthday so he wanted everyone in attendance to order a Boba tea in celebration of his birthday. We had quite a large order about 18 drinks and although the workers did their best to accommodate us, they got a few orders wrong, and they also ran out of the pearls that go inside some of the drinks. They told us it would be about a 20 minute wait to get more, but this was after several of our drinks were made: we didn't want the drinks that were made to get watered down so we opted for alternate selections. So needless to say we didn't get the full Share Tea experience that my son bragged about. Would I give Share Tea another try? Absolutely but not with such a big order.

My nephew wanted everyone to have boba tea for his birthday, and this is his favorite place. So over $200 later, here I sit. While the service staff was super polite Sharetea doesn't do custom blends and I was wholly disappointed with my brew. I tried many other combinations on this night of endless boba, and I wasn't wild about [any] of them. They do offer customization of sweetness and ice, so well done! I don't think think this place is prepared for large orders, because right in the middle of our orders.... They ran out of boba!!!! They also don't have drink carriers. You will pay about seven bucks plus tip for each drink. They're all the same size. There is a generous shared parking lot. There was one gender neutral restroom, and I saw board games for patrons to play. While it was a chill vibe and the place was spotless, I doubt I would ever come back. Not with so many other places offering better tasting boba, but that's just one Yelpers opinion.

The service was fast and they were friendly. I love the area they have some board games and lots of natural light.

Best boba shop in town! Love their teas and toppings as they are always so fresh! Most of their ingredients are organic as well. The store is setup so cute too. I love the new toy machine! Spent $20 last time just playing that machine and winning those cute plushies :) if you haven't, you must try this boba shop! Top notch quality!!!

As an avid milk tea lover, when I saw there was a new tea shop opened I had to stop in. Upon entering, the location is very clean, minimal and with neutral colors. I ordered my go to, a taro milk tea with tapioca pearls (a classic). It was good, I wish the tea had a stronger taro flavor. I will say they did give a generous amount of tapioca pearls. As far as customer service, it was fine. They had plenty of workers (as they just opened). The restaurant was clean and can't wait to come back and try the coffee crema.

The first time was about 3yrs ago so I came here with no expectations other than maybe the drink being more up to my standards. The service of tea fusion is very good. As soon as we walked in there was someone ready to take our order. The decor around the place was cute too! I would say the only thing going on with the place was that the AC was not working and they had mini fans going off around the place. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with tapioca balls. The presentation of the drink was good. My first sips were also very good. But as i continued to drink I noticed that my milk tea was really sweet, a little more than what I would have liked. Then I noticed that the tapioca balls were also with a weird consistency which is what I didn't like about them last time as well. If I have the chance to come back I def would try something new like a refresher.

We even made it a mini date since we recently became parents, which made the outing special for us. The order took a while to prepare, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. When we received our food, the packaging seemed small, but I stayed optimistic. Unfortunately, once I opened my sandwich, I was disappointed. The portion of meat was very small, and the bread was quite thin. While the flavor was there, the portion size didn't meet our expectations. We also ordered a vanilla latte, which was very good and definitely a highlight. I would still recommend this place to family and friends, but I'd be sure to let them know that the sandwich portions are smaller than what we're used to at similar restaurants.

On the afternoon/evening of 8/4/25 my husband and I came in. We ordered rose bubble tea, and lavender bubble tea, both large, oat milk, double boba. The second we came in we saw the girl peak her head out and rolled her eyes. "What do you want." With no energy and heavy attitude. I was polite and said my order. And she seemed upset about something on her mind. We decided to tip her I think 15-18% to see if it would make her happy or brighten her day. She didn't say thank you and she just turned around and walked away. I was not expecting her to say thank you for the tip, but I was expecting her to say thank you or your order will be out soon as a customer service note. There was another guy behind the counter/curtain and he mentioned something which made her go. "Oh well it's too late now, and then she shrugged her shoulders. " and we heard that as we left the building. Got home and within about 20 minutes my husband and I threw up. I have no idea what happened to these drinks, as the curtains are closed behind the counter. I no longer trust this place to make me SAFE food.

We had 6 in total for our party. I love the number of options that they have to offer and am glad they also had a variety of food. The wait staff was friendly and patient with the questions we had about our order. We did have to wait a while for our order of 7 deinks and 7 food items. The drinks came out first, then the ramen and then the noodles and rice. The drinks were delicious, and the galaxy teas were so pretty!! It was definitely difficult to select just one option to try. If you go with a large party and they're willing to share, I would definitely recommend going that route!! A must try spot if you're in the area.

Food came pretty fast, which I always appreciate when I'm dining in. Fresh rolls were typical - I especially enjoyed the thick sauce that came with it. Grilled pork was smokeyyy. Phew!! It was perfection *chefs kiss* The Korean one was equally delicious. I enjoyed the kimchi topping, but it was not my favorite type of kimchi. Cilantro aioli added to the sandwich was nice touch! Overall, it's a quick, delicious joint that gave me such a beautiful experience! I would absolutely come back here next time I'm in the area. Because it was hot and I did not want to lose any muscle mass to sweating, we decided to dine inside. The place is very welcoming and lit up. They have a humongous menu board on the wall to your right as you enter. The prices are all very reasonable and you can get a great meal for under $15 per person. They also have a great selection of drinks and house made teas. We got a traditional Bahn Mi, which are sort of Vietnamese cold cuts with their relish, cucumber and jalapeño's. It is a taste of Vietnam in every bite and that soft flaky bread is the icing on the cake. We also got a BBQ Pork Bahn Mi, same style just savory pieces of pork in place of the "cold cuts". They have other types like chicken or Korean Beef available as well as vegan ones. They offer noodle bowls, empanadas and other types of appetizers. I got a Lychee tea to wash it all down. It has bits of fruit in it, it was a bit sweet so I watered it down. You place your order at the counter and get a # that they call out and you pick up your food and drinks at the counter . Bathrooms have a code that you need to ask for. Staff was friendly and got my food out quick and it was fresh and hot. Place was clean and tidy. Definitely will be back to try other things on menu as well as one of their signature teas. Stop in and indulge, you will definitely not be disappointed!
