Went to the office and apparently knocked on the wrong door and the manager storms out of the office and rudely said "the door is unlocked" We asked about availability and she briskly snapped back and said we have a 6 month wait list!!! Okay. Thank god! The manager was so rude, odd people on the sidewalk smoking, Kids yelling and screaming. No wonder why that lady hates her job! Not somewhere we wanted to live anyways after we saw the unkept grounds and questionable people wandering around the complex. The company that owns these apartments needs to hire a new manager. Maybe someone who is welcoming and interested in answering questions for prospective tenants!

We spent so much time looking for houses, inspections, bids and were literally about to close when it all came to light that she did not do her job properly from the start. I would definitely not recommend this loan officer if you are looking to buy a home.
