There were names of people who no longer live in the house. So I'm not even sure if the lease I signed was official. I had to write my name on the rental agreement. I never got a copy of that agreement. During the duration of my stay not once was there a house inspection. At one point a rat infestation happened. My roommate brought it up to them. They basically shrugged off.. saying something like "well you know, it's the time of the year they (the rats) come out" What the actual fk?! So no, don't bother with this PM. They're called Advantage Property Management because they gonna take advantage of YOU!

I was going to have another builder do the job originally but he didn't communicate well and after 2 months of waiting for him to schedule I thought that was long enough so I put it out for bid ( and my other contractor friend understood). Daniel provided a reasonable bid and scheduled the job within a week. When his staff person called in sick his trooper of a wife came and helped him (instead of him canceling the job). He had my patio cover put together in two and a half days AND fixed my fence (a second job I asked him to do once I saw his hood work). I had purchased the same covered patio for a different house and it took two contractors a couple days longer to finish. I would definitely use Legacy again!!!

Phil came out, measured everything, gave me advice and several options and sent me a very detailed estimate within a week! They just completed the job and it looks amazing!
