People were super friendly and although some prices were way too high, others were willing to make a bargain.

There's very unique shops throughout the building, including some great restaurants as well. Parking has always seemed to be ample, near most entrances. Some of my favorite shops include a butcher shop, wine tasting, ice cream, brewery, and specialty olive oil. It's located not far from the Toyota Center, so if you're in town for convention or show, I highly recommend visiting Pybus Market

We initially decided to drive past by but since we were in the area, we decided to give it a try and actually go inside. Glad that we did. We had lunch at Fire, did a flight of wines at Jones of Washington, bought cheese at the Cheesemonger, had gelato at Ice and topped it with a london fog from Cafe Columbia.
