It's one of the few places currently aware you were able to buy Christmas trees, and since my Best half loves the smell of pine trees during Christmas, it was nice that we were able to find this place. The tree selection was well organized and very adequate. Things were arranged based on height of the tree with 1 foot increments increasing the cost by roughly $10. They had trees ranging from 5 to 10 feet, with a number of different styles available. I'm not smart enough to be able to tell The difference between different types of Pinetree's, but the dude working here was definitely able to... That or he was lying to me very convincingly. Inside are plenty of garden related accompaniments and signage for inside and outside your house. The next time I need a specific house plant, assign declaring that this is a secret garden, or some bulbs for perennials (is that right?) I definitely know where to go!

I've always been a fan of their coffee, and there's something very calming to drinking a good cup of coffee while also looking at succulents or other small potted plants for home. They have plenty of other accoutrements on either side. They have a broad coffee selection along with mugs and other coffee related pleasantries on the coffee side, while on the plant side they have plenty of different plant related trinkets which include lots of vases, tools and other fun stuff to make your home nice and welcoming. The prices seemed to be fair, though in all fairness I am not a plant expert. It's legitimately fun to see specialty stores like this popping up in the area and based on the traffic from the first couple of weeks, it feels like this place is going to do just fine. It's well worth your time checking out!

I received an email confirmation of my order. Yet, on Saturday, no flowers arrived, and I hadn't received any communications indicating there was any issues, so I called but had to leave a voicemail. Easter Sunday came and went with still no flowers, email, call, or any other communications from the Blossom Shop. So I left another voicemail. On Monday, I finally received a return call from the Blossom Shop, in which an employee said their online ordering service had failed to relay the order because that company was in a different time zone and "they had already shut down for the weekend." At the end of the discussion, the only option the Blossom Shop offered was to re-submit the order (and for me to pay the same full price). But by then, Easter had passed. To me, this was terrible customer service. Even assuming that the asserted excuse was accurate (which I find to be an odd explanation, especially given the confirmation email early Friday morning), I was disappointed that the Blossom Shop took no responsibility whatsoever for the error. It's not that I was expecting anything like a huge bouquet for free, but there wasn't ANY recognition that their mistake came at my expense. If they couldn't deliver the flowers as promised, the least they could have done was inform me in a timely manner so I could have gotten flowers elsewhere.

When my mom received the flowers there were four orange roses and a few yellow flowers. As well as a whole bunch of greens that were bigger than the flowers. The bouquet was ugly and looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I wanted. When I called and asked what had happened with my original flower selection I was told that they were out of all the flowers that were in my original order so he made up his own bouquet. I was incredibly displeased with the quality of the flowers, service, and the fact that they were not what I wanted. I don't reccomend this flower shop. I definitely would not order online from them ever again.

We received her ashes in a timely fashion, with a lovely non descript box (yes, they were in a baggie, anyone who has delt with ashes, (human or animal) expects them to be in a baggie, it makes it easier for them to be transfered into another container or spread without making a mess, completely normal in the death industry). When my husky malamute was displaying some odd symptoms, we took him here too. He is a frequent flyer, as he has an ongoing auto-immune issue, but he loves the staff. Doctor Kambra is amazing with him, and since going here, his health has improved drastically!

During the whole pandemic, they have done a great job of making sure people are protected and maintain appropriate distance while perusing. They limit the number of people that are paying and in close proximity - those little things make a big difference.
