It's a great use of space with a, predominantly, indoor plant selection on one side and a small coffee shop Dash the Yakima coffee Company Dash with some seating on the other. I've always been a fan of their coffee, and there's something very calming to drinking a good cup of coffee while also looking at succulents or other small potted plants for home. They have plenty of other accoutrements on either side. They have a broad coffee selection along with mugs and other coffee related pleasantries on the coffee side, while on the plant side they have plenty of different plant related trinkets which include lots of vases, tools and other fun stuff to make your home nice and welcoming. The prices seemed to be fair, though in all fairness I am not a plant expert. It's legitimately fun to see specialty stores like this popping up in the area and based on the traffic from the first couple of weeks, it feels like this place is going to do just fine. I stopped in on a random afternoon, and was able to get a very nice bunch of roses that wrapped up quickly and got me on my way fast. They also have a number of chocolate and ice cream topping type options near the register. It was perfect for my better half who is a huge fan of dark chocolate and sea salt! This is a great spot to stop in and grab some thing to either get you out of the doghouse or keep you from entering said the dog house!

BE CAUTIOUS IF ORDERING FLOWERS ONLINE. I wanted to get my…read morewife flowers that we could also use for a family dinner on Easter Sunday, so I placed an online order early Friday morning through their website, with delivery set for the next day (Saturday). I received an email confirmation of my order. Yet, on Saturday, no flowers arrived, and I hadn't received any communications indicating there was any issues, so I called but had to leave a voicemail. Easter Sunday came and went with still no flowers, email, call, or any other communications from the Blossom Shop. So I left another voicemail. On Monday, I finally received a return call from the Blossom Shop, in which an employee said their online ordering service had failed to relay the order because that company was in a different time zone and "they had already shut down for the weekend." At the end of the discussion, the only option the Blossom Shop offered was to re-submit the order (and for me to pay the same full price). But by then, Easter had passed. To me, this was terrible customer service. Even assuming that the asserted excuse was accurate (which I find to be an odd explanation, especially given the confirmation email early Friday morning), I was disappointed that the Blossom Shop took no responsibility whatsoever for the error. It's not that I was expecting anything like a huge bouquet for free, but there wasn't ANY recognition that their mistake came at my expense. If they couldn't deliver the flowers as promised, the least they could have done was inform me in a timely manner so I could have gotten flowers elsewhere.

When my mom received the flowers there were four orange roses and a few yellow flowers. As well as a whole bunch of greens that were bigger than the flowers. The bouquet was ugly and looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I wanted. When I called and asked what had happened with my original flower selection I was told that they were out of all the flowers that were in my original order so he made up his own bouquet. I was incredibly displeased with the quality of the flowers, service, and the fact that they were not what I wanted. I don't reccomend this flower shop. I definitely would not order online from them ever again.
