Always courteous, tactful and polite, Jennifer replied quickly to any emails or texts every time - sometimes just to let us know she was in a meeting and would call soon. She always kept us constantly appraised of our transaction and any changes. With Jennifer we were never "In the dark". 2 - Complete Integrity. Jennifer makes promises and keeps them. Always open and honest in her opinions and analysis of situations. Who does this these days? 3 - Above and beyond expectations. Jennifer provided lots of referrals for contractors like painting, roofing and well water. The septic tank needed replacing in mid-winter, but we were traveling. So Jennifer drove over an hour through Oregon's Snowmageddon this past March and personally supervised the work to make sure it was done as agreed. She even sent us photos to ease our mind. 4 - Jennifer is fond of saying she "spends client's money like her own". We found this to be quite true. She routinely connected us with contractors, lenders, escrow agents who were not only affordable, but delivered best VALUE and were equally honest and straightforward. This was also true as she helped us search for other properties when the deal fell through (at least twice). 5 - Hustle. Like a Pete Rose or a Michael Jordan, Jennifer is the hardest working and most persistent person we've ever met! Whenever there was a problem ( and there were many), Jennifer would say "I'm on it!" and she was. And the problem was always dealt with quickly and usually resolved in our best interest.
