Zulia also increased the cost of the clean halfway through to $800 (despite sharing in writing a significantly lower estimate beforehand)- for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. I'd estimate she cleaned roughly half of what was promised.
