Today after 2 weeks of waiting for a repair on our oven with another repairman we called Ray and he was here in 5 minutes! I'm not joking 5 minutes!! I'm not saying he'll be that quick with everyone, but I was extremely relieved that he came so prompt. He had the part in stock and fixed it within 15 minutes. His service area is limited, so I am lucky to live where I do.
