However after receiving the retainer fee, everything changed. Not only was there a lack of detail toward the project, there seemed to be an extreme sense of entitlement and grandeur. Very disappointed and was left feeling very unpleasant. Be careful who you choose to work with on something as important as your home! Appearances can be very deceiving.

While certain it has interesting merchandise, I find it incredibly inconsiderate and misleading not to make clear whether your store is open ~ or closed for a month. I will not go back.

Still, I had not been in the store for a long time and I am so glad that they still exist! The town of Roanoke no longer has the fabric and sewing stores which were once available, and as usual the people who work here were attentive and kind.
