They didn't have the parts on hand but created a temporary fix so that we could continue to use the facilities until they came back on Monday. As promised they were there and within a few hours had the problem completely fixed and better than original. I was worried about the price considering they came out on a Sunday and I hadn't discussed this with them prior to them starting. However the rate was very reasonable. Overall they were professional, knowledgeable and hard working. And that was just the sons!

We were able to look past a lot but when a HVAC issue destroyed over 1/2 our 2nd floor, their warranty department said that they are not covering any of the damages. Bethel hired the HVAC company. HVAC company states that someone magically moved the unit that caused the damage. No one is claiming fault and the unit has been leaking since 2020 when we moved in- unbeknownst to us. On top of all of this, we have a leak in our kitchen from the roof. When we addressed the issue with Bethel's "warranty" department, they gave us a number of a roofer. SMH. Luckily we have great insurance that will go after their poor ability to deliver a good product. Our fight has just begun. Scratch this builder off your list.

Contractor came out and beefed up structure in ceiling and put jacks under the floor, but the crack is still there it gets worse every winter and a bit better in summer. The franchisee went out of business so I was told that I have no warranty as Lockridge will not stand by it. We have cracks in walls in other parts of the house now.
