His fingers had all snapped and the bones had moved down and were sitting between his knuckles. Safe to say there was blood everywhere, his hands were a mess and I nearly fainted! (Never mind my Dad...) We raced him into Emergency and waited about an hour to get seen as more urgent emergency patients came in before us and while we waited. The staff were really good at keeping patients calm and it was obvious that they were doing their absolute best. They eventually took Dad into a room and re-set his fingers and gave him a heap of stitches. He emerged an hour or so later with a little finger cast on each finger that would hold each in place. The whole experience was pretty fast considering normal waiting times in emergency rooms and we were quite impressed. There was another time when he slit just one finger open and he was left in the waiting room for eight hours. (That was at a different hospital, but you can see now why we love the Angliss just that little bit more as a result.) The staff were great and they even gave me some water because I looked so pale with shock. They really turned quite a scary experience into something that was okay.

We asked for some change cash for the parking and she sent us to somewhere else. Those two stars are one of them is for all the good customer servers that served us and the other one is for the hospital itself for doing such a good job in serving the people. One star is taken away because of the flower shop woman's bad customer service, high price for the bad coffee and the two other stars are for the parking being so expensive ($20 for a few hours) that seem to be the price of a five star hotel for the cars without the convenience of a five star.

I had an operation there in November 2017. First time there. I had to stay for a week. post Op I…read morewas in ICU overnight. I woke up in the morning in a lather of sweat. Whilst it was a hot day the air conditioning in ICU seemed non existent. This continued in the ward. i had difficulty sleeping every night de to the lack of A/C which compounded my issues post op. There are a lot of foreign staff there and i was not enthused by some due to lack of professionalism. Others were very good. Overall the A/C issue continued to make my stay very uncomfortable. pathetic for a any hospital let alone a Private one. Will never go back by choice.
