We hired Lawn and Order Landscaping for a complete rebuild of our small backyard, and we could not…read morebe happier with the results. The project involved removing all existing landscaping -- pine straw, mulch, plants, and more -- and starting from scratch to address serious stormwater drainage issues. The team regraded the yard for proper runoff, installed a dry creek bed with two 20-inch catch basins, added a French drain system, and buried multiple drainage lines across the property. They also removed part of our patio to replace an outdated gutter drainage line. To finish the project, they installed river rock throughout the creek bed and around the perimeter of the yard, then laid beautiful fescue sod. Joe worked closely with us during the planning process, listened to our ideas, and developed a design that met both our functional and aesthetic goals. The quote was fair, the project started on schedule, and the entire job was completed on time and within budget. One thing that really impressed us was the amount of manual labor involved. Since no motorized equipment could access our backyard, the crew completed everything by hand. A team of five to six workers put in two long days of hard work, and throughout the process they remained friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. Whenever we had questions, they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. When the work was finished, the crew cleaned everything thoroughly and left the property looking fantastic. Our backyard is now both beautiful and functional, and we finally have a drainage solution that works. We highly recommend Lawn and Order Landscaping to anyone considering a similar project.
