Great pizza and good size food shop but don't plan on washing your vehicle windows. There is NEVER anything in the washer buckets.

My response (for what it's worth) is that was time well spent. My husband and I ordered a Rustica and a pepperoni pizza. GUYS! The Pepperoni on the pizza is unlike any pepperoni I've ever had as well! We also ordered the Kale Caesar salad with REAL anchovy dressing. My chef husband said his impressions was centered around how good the diary products were. It's obvious they are gourmet. Another areas where I was happy was how the seasoning was on point! I can always tell a good chef is at the helm when I take my first bite and am greeted with FULL FLAVOR (which means they use salt!). Such good seasoning choices here. Needless to say I was so impressed. It's very much worth your effort and time to eat here. The service was very good, knowledgeable and kind. Chef Tim was out on the floor which was cool to see. He's got a great vibe to him. Caring (which does a long way in the services arena) and very knowledgeable. He's easy going and even tho' the place was crazy busy he was obviously in his element....relaxed. Cleaning tables. Interacting with guests. I love to see that. Makes the place feel cared for....and by proxy the guests. The wait staff were good at their jobs too. Working in the crazy with ease. A very well run place. Again, it's worth your time to go. Thankfully we don't live a long distance away from Dolomiti so we can order stuff to go. And on that note, It should be noted that the pizza was just as good (literally nothing was lost) the next morning when we ate the left overs for breakfast.

My go-to is the Rustica pizza, the hot honey on it has an amazing flavor. My friend ordered a standard pepper and was impressed with the flavor and quality. We also shared some of the best meatballs as an appetizer (it comes with bread for my bread lovers out there) Indoor and outdoor seating both provide a lovely dining experience! I'll be back soon!

The pizza has a great traditional style with a flavorful sauce, plenty of cheese, and a crust that has a nice balance of crispness and chew. It's the kind of pizza that doesn't need to be overly complicated to be satisfying. The bakery selection is also a huge bonus and adds to the charm of the place. Service was friendly and neighborly, which really fits the personality of Orsi's. It feels like the kind of place where generations of Omaha families have been coming for years.

I noticed as I kept going he would be increasingly irritated. One day he finally told me to call ahead for deli orders. I called ahead and he quoted 3 hours for 1.5 lbs of meat. I wandered around then after 2 hours I thought this is ridiculous and called to cancel my order. Not long after I got about 10 missed called from the store...it was scary to be honest. I didn't even want to listen to the messages. I avoided going there for months but my son loves the fresh bread and meat so I went back. I didn't call because I didn't want to wait 3 hours. I'm sure he recognized me because another customer came in to order deli meat and he loudly said "IT'LL BE AWHILE BECAUSE THAT CUSTOMER DIDN'T CALL IN EITHER". I don't understand why he makes paying customers feel uncomfortable for ordering deli when there's literally a deli counter there. If you don't like it make prepackaged items to go, or get more staff. But don't take it out on the customer for doing something every other deli will do normally. I'm bummed to say I won't be coming here again. There's another deli out west called Casanovas where the owner is much nicer and doesn't mind slicing deli meat to order. It's worth the trip.

Dedicated parking allows for easy access. Imagine my surprise, arriving early to help with event set up and discussing the layouts of the room I encountered an exceptionally cranky and dismissive person. It was made crystal clear to me that we could not move a table four feet to allow for registration of the door to the private room. I was even more surprised when I found out that this person was one of the owners! A couple of employees that overheard the conversation confided that this is typical behavior and they don't really pay much attention to it. I have news, I don't get paid to be there, I pay to be there. Shortly thereafter this fun chat, I had the opportunity to meet the manager, who indicated that if they had known that the room was going to be used for the type of event we had that they never would've let it be used, even though it was a slow day in the middle of the week. WOW! Fortunately, two of the wait staff were exceptionally helpful and made great suggestions that helped us to facilitate an event that required some flexibility. Honestly, if it hadn't been for the two folks helping us out in the room, I don't know how we would've made it through the evening - very stressful. The pizzas were typical and basic ones were reasonably priced, as were hors d'oeuvres. Soft drinks were rather expensive at $3.50/person. Overall, my takeaway is that I will never, ever bring my business to this operation again until there is a change of management and ownership. I think it's time for a change.

Pizza Quest -- Episode 3: Built with Love…read more The campaign continues. Next stop: Piezon's Pizzeria a neighborhood stronghold with a robust menu that offers plenty of choices without feeling overwhelming. For this session, I picked up: One slice of the Oh Mio Dio One slice of the Mahalo with jalapeños The standout of the encounter was the Oh Mio Dio. The combination of fiery chicken and cream cheese landed exactly where I like my pizza builds to be--bringing the perfect balance of heat and coolness in every bite. The Mahalo took a different path. Built with Canadian bacon, pineapple, and cream cheese, it already offers a unique take on a Hawaiian-style pizza. Adding jalapeños gave it just enough kick to complement the sweet and savory flavors without overwhelming them. I can see why it's my wife's favorite. The menu itself deserves credit. There's a lot to choose from, but it never feels complicated. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or a first-time visitor, finding your next slice feels straightforward. What stuck with me most, though, was the atmosphere. The walls are filled with stories and adventures drawn by kids, while pizza trays signed by Husker fans cover the space with messages and memories. Everywhere you look, there's evidence that people care about this place and that this place cares about its community.
