The only way we figured out the time mix-up was when their staff kept giving us time updates about when the next group was expected. This rushed the last part of the 5 year old birthday party and we didn't have time to visit with our guests who all live out of town. When we spoke to management about it they only responded with sorry and they need to do a better job of training their employees. Nothing else after our group purchased at least 15 buffets and prepaid a decent tip for a buffet restaurant. Needless to say, we won't be booking any birthday parties at that location anytime soon!
