I went in on August 17th at 11:15 pm and needed to use the restroom they were closed. Mop bucket were in the way had to watch my step because of wet floors and no wet floor signs. No cold beer. The very rude cashier didn't ask me if I had rewards, or if I needed anything else. Didn't even let me know my total amount. Forget about trying to get pizza from this location. No online ordering (even though they boast it in store), and if you try to call the store to place an order no one picks up. We placed an order in store (not a single customer around) they took the order down and told us 20-30 minutes. So we left to pick up something else as we waited. When we got back 30minutes later, they did not even start on the pizza yet. Two workers were there talking about music, but the guy told us they had not started on it because they have been super busy... there wasnt even pizza by the slice in the warmers... I have tried to order pizzas there twice and the first time nobody ever answered the phone and we waited on the phone for a good fifteen minutes to twenty minutes because we were wanting pizzas from Casey's. We even considered going to Lakin personally that's where I like to go to Casey's to get pizza. So I know that they are good and I know that they are better than Pizza Hut and the second time we waited in line for well over for 15 minutes. The manager wasn't there and then when she was there, she ignored him, my brother, and he saw other customers following her around the store while she acted like she was on the phone And she told him that she would check on his pizzas. He ordered them on the phone. She goes to look in the oven and find out where they are and then told him they were not even made yet now this is considering the fact that there is nobody in the kitchen, and his order is still up on the clip, I love Casey's pizza and I would love to have some but I haven't been able to yet because the third time we tried there was a sign up in the kitchen says kitchen closed until further notice we are very upset that the same pizzas that we enjoyed from Laken and from other Caseys locations are not the same pizzas that we are getting here and garden and if they are, we can't tell because we haven't been able to have one yet that was made properly that tasted the same the dough in the middle, didn't even seem all the way cooked because there was a pile of toppings in the middle. It wasn't spread out throughout the pizza like a pizza should it's made it I also have heard rumors that people are on meth that work there, particularly the manager who was very unprofessional and shifty, so I have a very different perspective of this particular store if that is true. It makes sense considering what we saw and considering how we saw the manager acting people were throwing their hands up in the air and people were leaving. people were asking if there's gonna be pizza like this is what we saw from other customers the wait time here for a slice of pizza much less a whole pizza is ridiculous. They just did not seem to know what they were doing or how I have worked in kitchens as manager kitchen manager and crew in different kitchens and I loved it, I was able to manage the kitchen and the cashier area, I don't know if they're just shorthanded or they just don't care, but it does seem to be the latter at least that's how we felt. We ended up walking out with a free pizza we couldn't since the second time we came back after it wasn't even cooked the first time she wasn't finished with it still this was 20 minutes later being the only order up that we have that we saw so we wait again then she gets to us expecting us to pay for it. I'm sorry but it's been well over 40 minutes at this point and when we opened up the box, the toppings were in a pile in the middle of the pizza, I wish I could come back to this location to help everything to get straightened out and help their kitchen out but if there are drugs in this kitchen, I cannot do it or people on drugs that is unprofessional and unethical way to treat customers that was way too long to wait on pizza which led me to worry about food getting us sick since it sat on the counter so long. I only mention drugs, because my brother said, and I heard other customers to say that she looked like she was on something. I personally don't know there's like and I don't know her Life but it was suspicious and strange the way she was acting and ignoring ppl, the second time before she even finished making them they say out fora long time And this leads me to my fourth try and again there was a sign up saying kitchen closed so again no pizza. This is all extremely frustrating to say the least and I hope the management can stay focused and get better.
