The employee there said there is something wrong with the registar.i ask well cant you just redeem it on my phone he said no i ased about the other registar they had he said no ....so it was an excuse for them not to take the coupon. Last time i tried redeeming my lottery ticket there he said they stop cashing out lottery already an it wasnt even 1 am yet . So it seems like if they have to give out money from the registar its gonna be an excuse not to . Always something !!! I wont be going there again . I got to where when I'd call I'd say "You'll send Tip Top for me, won't you?" and they would. During the icy Christmas weekend, I got stuck and again AAA called Tip Top for me. This time it took a little longer than usual (an hour), but they had me out in about 3 minutes. I'm sure I wasn't the only person having car issues that day so an hour isn't bad considering I was 15 minutes away from Warrensburg anyway. I've always felt confident in the service they provide and that they'll do their best to help me out of a situation.
