The ambiance was so-so; 3 stars. I saw some interesting historical photos on the walls, so maybe 3.5 stars? I got the cranberry spinach salad with tree nut sprinkles. It was average at best: 3 stars; the tasty creamy dressing was 4.5 stars. With the salad, I had a Southwest Baby Pizza. The crust was very good, 4 stars. The toppings were more like 3 stars, although the cook with mozz melt was just right: 4 stars. Food overall: 4 stars, but only by rounding up. This place gets 3.5 overall (which rounds up to four). Your mileage may vary! I'd recommend it for a fairly speedy family meal in a decent downtown neighborhood, but this isn't gourmet food. I'm still searching for great pizza near Richmond, MO. I may revisit here, but I am not in a very big hurry to do so.

We moved to the main building patio to eat. Our server did not enjoy her job. When we asked for napkins after our food arrived, she loudly said "you guys are being high maintenance". Just unnecessary, and she had attitude quite a few times. Our tickets had an auto gratuity added of 20%, she tried to hide this by giving us tickets that were not itemized, until someone asked for it to be itemized and some of us had already added an additional tip. I guess when you know you're getting a tip you don't need to be friendly or attentive.
