We live so close to the Marcos in Blue Springs. We order there frequently. They are always courteous and friendly when picking up our order... Traditionally, we'll place our order online. That seems to be the best way. We have an account on their app that makes it effortless. The app also gives us specials and makes it easier to order the type of pizza we like with the changes we desire. I love this location. Our pizza is always made to our specifications... and it's always generously topped and fresh from the oven. Highly recommend this establishment. read more

Not only was the food phenomenal (except for the use of canned mushrooms, bleh), but the staff was so friendly all of the employees there really worked as a team and one thing I exceptionally loved was that they all take turns doing deliveries so it is not subject to only one person; I thought that was very unique. I had never heard of Marcos until this location, and they are definitely giving the other pizza chains in the area a run for their money. The cheesy garlic bread was top-notch and my absolute favorite thing there! After only one trip I don't think ill be getting pizza elsewhere! read more

WOW...the pizza was fantastic, Service was prompt and friendly and the large multi-topping we ordered was delicious. This was our first order from Marco's, being a 'pizza guy' I've had about all there is except Marco's. We ordered before the Chiefs game and figured it would be a mess but they were very organized and cranked out pizza quick. Well there was this one Door Dash lady making scene, the manager quickly took that bull by the horns and about got a round of applause from the half dozen or so of us waiting. The staff was neat, proficient and despite a pre-game rush, very friendly and professional to everyone. I was in and out picking up the order in about 3-4 minutes, great people. Now the pizza, ordered the thick crust...excellent, seemed a little lean on the beef toppings (see pic), but the wife's half of mushrooms and black olives was perfect. Not forgetting they were in the middle of a pre-game rush, no worries. Plus the Large Special $8.99 was a big bang for the buck, nice to see with the crazy price hikes a place offering a true value. we have ordered here, pick up and delivery many times. no complaints. last time we made a delivery it took 2 hours and three phone calls. They said the address was wrong we corrected it and it never came. another phone call same thing. 3rd call and it arrived ... we live 1.1 miles from the store. this time the pizza took 3 hours ... with the correct address inputed ... double checked on my end. when I called they said they had SW and not NW. This is my first time trying Marco's Pizza. I have been seeing a few delivery vehicles in the area and curiously wanted to finally give it a try. This new location on 7 Hwy is located where The Pointe dance studio had been in past years. It is a franchise, so it may be a local owner (feel free to chime in). I was told they just opened this week, so the delivery vehicles are great advertising! I like that they deliver to Grain Valley. I tried to order a medium pizza deal offer that I saw on the website, but when I clicked the link I had no success (also no coupon code was displayed for that deal). But, I called and they quickly made the deal available over the phone for a 1-topping medium. I asked their suggestion between cheese, pepperoni or half & half. They recommend pepperoni. As you can see in the photo, the pizza has a lot of crust. So, I'd definitely recommend a dipping sauce like garlic sauce or pizza sauce. It's not greasy at all. Some might call it dry. The sauce will help, either way. You can join their text program and save 30% on the first order (at participating locations) and/or they are providing this offer among coupons the next few weeks. I loved that this location offers gluten-free cauliflower crust (small pizza options). They serve Pepsi products. They also have subs, salads, and desserts. They have great hours from 11:00am-11:00. They offer affordable pizza deals. They also kindly offer parm cheese or pepper packets. Give them a try & see what you think. I'm definitely curious to try their cauliflower crust. read more
