He could have parked 20 ft. back and not blocked it, but he chose otherwise. Thats not why I am leaving this review. I am writing this due to the interaction I had with the driver of truck 199 on 1/3/17. Upon realizing he had blocked everyone in, I approached the truck to find him in the rear compartment. I politely asked him how much longer he'd be parked here. His response was "I don't know." I then asked "about how long will that be?". He says "when I'm done." I told him thats an unacceptable answer, and I need a time estimate, being that he had blocked everyone in. He finally says about 5 minutes. He should have apologized and told me hed be 5 minutes when I first approached, instead of being extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't know about you, but this is definitely not the kind of company I would do business with.

Plus she gave a us a reasonable price for delivery, which was a relief that we could fit it into the budget of the job and hire Royal Courier for the job. Matt, Operations Manager, was super accommodating and had great communication through out the whole process, especially the day of all the deliveries he contacted us with any issues and gave progress updates throughout the day. Both Rhonda and Matt were very responsive to phone calls or emails, that was so refreshing on such a stressful day. In one day Royal Courier delivered 774 pieces to 258 locations first delivery at 5:58am and last was delivered at 2:54pm - I still can't believe it could be done, but Royal Courier did this amazing feat, efficiently and professionally. 2 Bonuses: first -Rhonda and Matt a joy to work with, user friendly, very accommodating and great communicators!
