The reason i stated it was too expensive because i found another place with much better rates, but chose not to go with them because i did not like their attitude over the phone. I chose to call Greg back because after consideration, I thought the service was pleasant on the phone, so the trade-off seemed worth it to me. I work in Fleet with a thorough customer service profile. It is very normal for people to question pricing. But because he chose to feel offended, this resulted in a missed opportunity. Each time without fail, Veronica calls the morning of the appointment to cancel, citing "rain in the area". Today, she did it again. It's sunny out and there is no rain the the forecast (see weather map). I think they play a game of rescheduling people until they can fill a full day's schedule for the sealcoating crew.
