We chose the bar so we could watch all the activity. The place was about half full, but it was eerily quiet, so we jokingly asked where the mariachi band was. The hostess eventually turned on some music, but we could barely hear it, which left us feeling a little less festive. The service was a bit slow, even though they weren't very busy--especially considering what day it was. We actually witnessed some ladies leave after being ignored for too long. I'm not sure what was going on there. But one friendly waiter finally brought us a first round of margaritas ($7.59 on special) and some chips and salsa (complimentary).
