When it came to pay the balance of the trip, I called and provided my credit card. I was then informed a couple weeks later that I was not able to take the trip (couple uninvited me). I said that is fine but I would like a refund of my deposit. Dorothy will not give me a refund. I was charged for something that was not made available to me. So I put down $100 for nothing. My wife has told me several times that the $100 was not used toward her trip that is it now a non refundable fee.

Just about everything went wrong, from booking us at the wrong hotel, not giving us the (V.I.P.) tickets we paid for to even the bus transportation was unprofessional. On top of that we didn't even get our itinerary until 5 days before our departure day!! I will never travel with this group again. $600ish dollars was a total waste.
