We ordered six sandwiches, fries, and breadsticks for dine-in and a pizza to go. It took them two hours for anything to be delivered to our table. When we got our food, one sandwich and fries were cold and one was the completely wrong sandwich. Our server Shiloh was great, keeping us updated on what was happening and gave us a discount, until we got the check. After only ordering four nacho cheeses for our fries, she brought us a whole plate of nacho cheese cups, when they got cold from waiting for two hours we asked if they could be reheated, she said that they don't have anything to reheat them and that she'd just bring new cheese cups. On our check we ended up having to pay $14.90 for these cheese cups we didn't order and had to have fixed. When we went up to pay we witnessed multiple health code violations including the MANAGER on shift making food with no gloves or hair protection. I also hate to say this but i have to to explain the level of disgust, but we could see that he was clearly sweating back there and God only knows if it got in the food. I just cannot fathom why a severe health code was broken. I, personally, have a severe allergy and now i have to throw away my meal due to the fact i witnessed cross-contamination. I cannot risk my life due to a MANAGER wanting to wear proper protection that is in place to potentially save a customers life. In conclusion, our service was disappointing at best and witnessing the clear health code violations conducted by a higher up was enough to force me to say something.
