I went in to inquire about a loan and there were two young ladies that were very helpful. They explained the terms and what documents I would need. I went home collected everything I needed and returned to the business. This time there was a older gentleman there and when I reminded one of the young ladies I was there for a loan the guy sighed and started mumbling, then he TOLD me to take a seat that it would be a little while as if I was an inconvenience. I told him no thank you and went down the street to their competitor where I was treated like they wanted my business. With all of the competition in the city you would think they would provide a reasonable level of customer service. I would recommend any other business before this one. read more

Riley is the only amazing one here the rest of y'all suuuuuck. I've been doing business with you guys since my very first job( about 5/6 years NOW), I've recommended 2 family members & 1 friend to you guys and only receive the referral payment for one. I get a different answer whenever I asked about the referral payment about the other two. Don't waste your TIME or MONEY here. If you miss a payment they leave you messaging saying all your information has been submitted to a collection service but when I call them they say they don't really do that it's more of a scare to get you to pay. Riley is amazing she's always the nicest always in a good mood! Always happy to help me the rest of the staff is rude always in a bad mood one way or another. The guy never even bothers checking your information before he starts telling your personal information Oh and some lady left me a voicemail calling me " Mister _______ " which offended me I have a unisex name do you not check your records before leaving voicemails before insulting people?! BEWARE!!! I got a $900 title loan and have paid over$600 and they only put$80 towards the principal and the rest went to interest. I feel like this will never get paid in full because of the interest. So please think twice before doing business with them because it's going to cost you a lot! We then later find out that they charged us interest when there should've been no charge. We called, and her solution was for us to drive in from Fernley to pick up our refund, or they could apply it to a future balance. I wasn't here for a loan. I was given a money order for $200 and after trying every other place in town that wasn't a check cashing place, I decided to try Cash1. The amount of information you need to give these people is insane. They needed telephone numbers, addresses, social sercuirty number, place of employment, wages, account numbers (if I had a bank account I wouldn't be there!) employer's address, phone, supervisor's name and phone, 2 relatives name, address and phone, 3 non-family references name, address and phone. After attempting to not give away so much information, the lady (who was poltie but annoyed) told me I HAD to fill out all information because she would have to check ALL REFERENCES and work statements. Needless to say I left. The most they should had needed was a ID (or two) in my opinion. Especially since it would had cost 20% to cash it. read more

These guys are great! I have had payday loans and title loans with them and they always accommodate me and they are always friendly; especially Alma. She always greets me by name and gets me in and out quickly. They don't require a key to your vehicle for motorcycle loans if the loan is $1000 or less which made me feel more comfortable about doing a loan with them. When I pay off my loans they always get my title back to me quickly. And they are open later than any other place which is awesome since I don't work the typical 8 to 5 job. read more

Very good experience with Rileigh on Monday 6/17. She was very upbeat and welcoming and processed my paperwork fairly quickly, all considering it does take a while by nature of the process. I forgot my insurance card and we were able to process the loan anyway by allowing me to call my car insurance while I was there and get insurance card emailed on the spot. This is my second title loan and is very convenient as I had some unexpected events with regard to cash flow. I also had a $150 Cash1 coupon and forgot it at home and was told I can bring it in anytime this week to use, even though I didn't have it at the time of transaction, so that was really nice too. Nice people, knowledgeable, efficient. My only complaint is because it takes an hour to process loan approximately, they should really have a public restroom. There was no wait when I arrived otherwise it could have been an even longer time. read more

I needed a bigger loan today, and, they actually couldn't help me; but having said that, the guy I spoke with (David) seemed genuinely concerned about my situation, and regretful he couldn't help me. They call you to remind you about your payments a day or so before each one (as a courtesy), then call you after the payment posts (as a reminder).
