We went over the current coverage i have and what i am paying for it, because he couldn't offer me a better rate he continued to repeat (did so at least 3-4 times) "i have been in the business 20 years and i don't believe you can get this low a premium". One tip, if you really want to build relationship / future customer base realize you are not going to get all the business and realize there are other out there who have different way to assess customers. Be nice, say thank you, sorry i didn't have something that fits your need now but do keep us in your mind next time your are looking. Being condescending is not the best way to go. All the best

She kept telling me that she couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost. She could not even give me a rough estimate. This seemed odd because every other time Blair assisted me pleasantly and provided all of the information and quotes when I asked. How can someone make a decision between liability and full coverage if they don't know the difference in price? Melissa was not trying to help me. She was combative, arrogant and unprofessional. She did not work to solve my problems, instead she just flat out kept saying, "we can't do that. - no, we can't do that." Usually managers offer solutions and try to help the customer. Melissa did not. She is not management material. Now, Blair did help me.. she answered my questions and came up with a solution. (Funny how the manager is supposed to be the one to help, not the employee.) One thing though... when I asked if someone from there could call me the next day to provide me with another quote. I was advised that I should call them. If they want my business, how hard is it to schedule my name and number on their planner and reach out the following day? It's as if I need to bow down to them to give them my money because they are too busy with all of the other customers. I guess three years being a loyal customer doesn't mean you are going to have any extras - even if that extra is just a courtesy call with a quote (ultimately leading to more money for the Insurance Doctor.) huh... makes you think. Do they really want my business?

Liars!!! I went in because of the radio ad "If we can't lower your insurance we'll take you to…read moredinner" Lies. The broker found lower insurance for me. I left a deposit. I was called 3 days later saying the new company had to cancel. The agent failed to include the fact I needed an SR22. I had already cancelled my previous insurance. I had to reinstate my first insurance drive all the way back to the east end and sign something.This was no fault of my own. It was her error. I wanted my deposit refunded and I get a story about they have to wait until the company send the money back to them then I get a check. I gave cash and I expect cash back. It's been a week and no word on my refund. I get the run around each time I want to speak to corporate/manager. No one has called me. And t he "dinner" has to be submitted and a $20 check may be issued. Liars and unprofessional!
